It was a multi-million dollar view from corner unit #8, on the top floor. Everything was as described and shown inside. The dining chairs were a bit worn but, we had two small kids with us so we didn’t worry about getting something on a pristine chair. The best part of the Inn was the wonderful people working there! Rhoda, Matt and John were all so kind and welcoming. You could tell that they wanted you to have a perfect stay. The beach is soft white sand and right outside of your door. We used the complementary kayaks and paddle boards which was nice. There were umbrellas and chairs as well. I definitely recommend Mainsail and Anna Maria!

It just as wonderful as last year — clean, comfortable, and all the amenities. We love the short distance to the beach and having the chairs provided. The only negative would be parking — when we arrived our reserved space was occupied & it was after hours with no staff present. We ate at Beach Bistro and loved it!!!

The beds were comfortable. We also loved using the kayak and lounge chairs. The AC can sound like a wind tunnel at times but we got used to it and didn’t have to run it too often at night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We had lots of fun exploring Anna Maria. The parking spot we were assigned for the week was convenient. The trolley was fun as well. Our condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of kitchen appliances for us to make a few meals at home! Loved the balcony for sunsets!

All the staff we met during our stay were very friendly and helpful incl buying a teapot for us. Met lots of nice people at the pool too. Would have liked there to be more cups and plates etc for use and maybe for comfortable chairs on the balcony.Great to have kayaks bikes and SUPs available for use. Pool furniture was very comfortable and BBQ clean.

A few of the highlights for us were:180 degree ocean view, immediately accessible beach, heated pool and hot tub, amenities like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids are readily accessible, they have kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards available (we did not take advantage of this due to cool weather, but would have if warmer). The layout of the unit we stayed in was perfect for us. Access is keycode - which was nice to not have to worry about a key or card. Staff was extremely friendly. The whole place was very clean. We had everything we needed to cook inside the unit as far as utensils, pans, bowls, silverware, glasses, and dishes. They also provide plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent - more than enough for family of 5 for 5 days. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant located near by smells AMAZING and is quiet and upscale. It is a short bike or car ride to shops and restaurants - a bit of a walk if you don't mind. We were in Unit 8 (3 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor).

We were pleasantly surprised with the spacious accommodation and the "bed and Breakfast" feel of the Inn. It was nicely furnished and provided an excellent view of the beach from the south end of Holmes Beach to Bean Point. The on-site management (Property Manager Matthew and his colleagues John and Rhoda) could not have been welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. We shall return!

This property is amazing. Pictures doing do it justice. Beautiful views, so close to the water made it easy with little ones to go back and forth. It was the roomiest condo we have rented. I would definitely rent again, as its my favorite place we have stayed yet. The staff John and Matt were so friendly and accomodating. Can't recommned enough.

The staff were helpful with any small requests and we really appreciated all the sand toys, lounge chairs, etc as we came via plane. Location is easy walk to restaurants and shops (approx 1 mile) though we used a good cart to get around the island. The only complaint would be kitchen provisions- basic plates, pots and pans are available, but you’ll have to run the dishwasher frequently if you have a large group. Also- no spices/olive oils/even salt and pepper. Nevertheless we enjoyed the inn, and I’ll definitely book here again.

This was an awesome property! I have absolutely no complaints at all. Once booked I received communication from the property and received quick response when asked questions. The check-in process was seamless. The staff at the complex were unbelievably nice and helpful. They took the time to learn my name, personalizing the complete experience. The condo offered many extra amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, noodles, and other beach toys. Parking is very tight. Checkout was very easy without a long list of things to do before leaving. Highly recommend this property and unit!

The management company had to lock up the beach chairs due to other people taking the chairs. Chairs could only be unlocked after 9am which was another challenge as we wanted to get to the beach earlier in the day. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. The pool and hot tub are great as well.
