huge and nice place for our family

The rooms were very dirty, There were blood stains. We complained but they did no action. Air conditioner was hot, could not even press the button due to the ac being so old. Dust everywhere. No daily cleaning service. When we complained they said that we order through booking.com so they could not do anything. Overall stay was pretty poor.

The apartment was spacious and had a large balcony, lovely to sit there in the evenings, the pool was clean & the gardens and surroundings were attractive. In the 6 days we stayed, the apartment was cleaned thoroughly twice. The staff were all very helpful.

The beach, which had a lot of plastic waste in the sea and on the sand. The details said that the apartment had an oven, however, it didn't.

Grounds were clean and well maintained. The apt we stayed in was spacious. The gym was decent. The beach was lovely and only a short shuttle ride away. The resort staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be - see my comments below.

Apt needed work. Master bathroom was big but shower head leaked badly, sink leaked as well, definitely needed some minor repars. Furniture cushions in the living room and dining room were stained and seemed old or very well used. The apt had a small kitchen but we didn’t use it except for the fridge. We didn’t know that soap, shampoo etc was not supplied. Apt was only cleaned every other day. Buffet breakfast wasn’t included for us. We purchased it and it was ok but overpriced. Quantity was good but quality varied. Example- only Kellogg’s cereals like corn flakes, no premium ones like muesli or granola. Since our apt was not owned by the resort, any issues had to be dealt with the owner first so we felt like we were stuck in the middle. First time for us with this third party arrangement and I didn’t like it. Owner said he would arrange tours for us but the driver never showed and because the only way to get in touch was through this website so feedback was not timely or nonexistent. In the end we just booked our own tour which was easy. I might stay at the resort again but wouldn’t choose the same unit.

We were so happy with our stay and how accomodating the host was. We loved the roomy and beautiful apartment as well as the great facilities like the pool and beach.

The a/c was a little underpowered but that was minor.
