Great staff, we had noise issues in our initial villa and the manager, Julian gladly moved us to another villa. He also sent us flowers, refreshments and gave us a free transport to our next location. Restaurant staff was also great. Villa is spacious, nice pool, nice bathroom and amenities. Room was clean and they also had a turn down service which was great. Again, I would give the staff top marks. The location of the resort is good, walking distance to Bali collection.

The property is relatively small, nothing much to explore or to spend the day. The villa is spacious but for the price, nothing really stands out. I booked another 7 star resort at more or less the same price so I wasn’t impressed. Only one restaurant! The menu is okish but you definitely cannot eat here everyday. Breakfast is ala carte (made to order) but had decent options. I understand this setup because they only have 32 villas but again, just one restaurant for the price was a let down. This is not a beach front property, but they will gladly drive you to their private beach area which is a 5 minute drive. Drinks and refreshments are available at the beach and it is attached to the public beach.

Overall, the property was clean, nicely decorated and the staff were friendly. The staff at the property were very friendly and greet guests when they see them passing by every time. This goes for the staff working at restaurant as well. Any housekeeping requests were taken care of promptly. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay in a villa at this property.

We received a couple bath towels that should be taken out of circulation due to stains. The villa we got needed some attention in terms of maintenance. Electrical line for swimming pool caused power outage to our villa during one night but taken care of within half an hour. A/C wouldn’t turn on in master bedroom and someone came and fixed it promptly as well.

Literally: EVERYTHING!!! PEOPLE, AND VERY SPECIALLY THE VILLA. GYM, AND BREAKFAST WERE EXCELLENT TOO.

Staff were very friendly. My daughter was sick on our last night, one of the staff helped us with organising a doctor and even organised comfort food for her. Very thoughtful of him.

The hotel staff truly stood out with their exceptional service, and our villa came complete with a private pool, adding an extra layer of luxury to our stay. We formed genuine connections with the staff members, and it was surprising to see even the senior hotel staff engaging in friendly conversations with us. Throughout our stay, the entire team wore welcoming smiles that brightened our experience.

While our overall experience at the hotel was exceptional, there is room for improvement when it comes to the dining options. The food, while decent, didn't quite match the high standards set by the staff and accommodation. However, it's worth mentioning that the attentive staff did their best to cater to our preferences, and with a few enhancements, this hotel could truly offer an all-around exceptional experience.

The Chinese front office manager was very helpful and helped us solve many problems.

The dinner menu is minimal, and the buffet options are minimal.

The roofs of the villas aren’t sound insulated so you can hear quite a lot around 2300 and 0600 when staff arrive/leave plus motorbike noise.

I loved the property, our villa with a private pool was fantastic

It was very beautiful but our mattress was very u comfortable (villa Hibiscus 1) I would suggest to change the mattress there - it was hard to believe 5 star hotel will have such a bad mattress. Also the place is beautiful but I could see lack of good organization from the staff side. It took forever for them to take an order, get all the information needed on your arrival, and in general when the hotel got busier I could see they are understaffed.

Absolutely stunning villa. Exceptional service. The staff were so friendly, warm, helpful and welcoming and made our stay there feel like a dream. Breakfast and food was all delicious. Staff checked in on us numerous times to make sure we were happy. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Can’t fault it really.

All the staff is very kind and nice, always trying to do the best for my stay. The villa is very spacious, with an out side pool and many places to sit and rest. I would say it is a perfect place to stay and rest. We stayed 3 nights and we had dinner everyday at the hotel with no regrets. We also tried the happy hour drinks that are amazing. We took the bike for a ride around and we also tried the beach eryday ( they have towels and deck chair by the beach, that is about 5 to 10 minutes walk). We also tried the 90 minutes massage - excelent! We had a marvellous time at Amaterra. I would like to go back as soon as possible.

The private villas are beautiful as are the communal areas. The beach is very close by. Some nice touches like welcome notes etc.

Dinner quality is average, only one restaurant and it lacked atmosphere.

The hotel staff - they went above and beyond. The 2-bedroom villa that we stayed in was perfect for us and the pool was amazing.

what’s not to like?

Check-in process was smooth. We were greeted with a drink and cold towel. Rathi, at the reception, explained the facilities and walked us to our villa. She also explained all the facilities in the villa. The private pool was clean and large enough for family of four. Breakfast has multiple options and quite good. Bali Collection shopping/dining area is 5 minutes walk. We requested an extended check-out at 4 pm for our villa, but instead were offered a 'change/shower room' facility. That worked out very well. All the staff is exceptionally polite, helpful and friendly.

A number of insects around, so one has to be careful and keep the doors closed. Use the mosquito net provided and carry insect repellent spray with you. But dont this discourage you. This is an excellent property and well worth the money. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We stayed in a one-bedroom villa. Loved the private pool and outdoor living space.

Room service was very slow. The food wasn’t very tasty, very small portions and very overpriced. Any restaurant outside the hotel is better for a fraction of the price.
