Fabulous service and friendly staff. Beautifully manicured grounds and fantastic bar and restaurant.

The food at this hotel is delicious (breakfast buffet, lunch from bar, dinner). We could taste the high quality on the ingredients and every choice from the menu was a delight! The whole hotel area is gorgeous, the pool, the gardens and the dinning areas. The hotel staff are very kind and always helpful, made us feel at home!

It was our second time at this hotel and as a returning guest we expected some `treat´ from the hotel management like we received at the other hotel we stayed.

The resort is beautiful, the staff is absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great. Villas are kept very nice and clean. Overall fantastic place.

However the stuff does its best to clean the beach in front of the hotel, it was still with many trash frequently. You cant step to the ocean w/o having some major trash on your legs in 3 meters. It is not much to do w hotel still they should collaborate with neighbour Intercontinental to clean the beach between the 2 resorts better and more frequently. The restaurant was good but not as spectatular as I expected. I definitely ate better food in Bali both in standalone restaurants or in resort (e.g. Conrad Nusa Dua).

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel recently, thanks to the outstanding staff. They provided personalized hospitality and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The front desk staff was efficient during check-in and provided helpful recommendations. The staff was always attentive, addressing any issues promptly, and remembering my name, which made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay with exceptional hospitality. The facilities were world class, the beach was amazing

beautiful, peaceful property which was well cared for and overlooked the rainforest. special setting, sharing the property with the family on their compound. some minor upgrades/repairs are needed for our suite.

The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast on offer has great variety and everything I tried were very good. The little details that came as part of the service or food presentation were excellent. This hotel is highly recommended. We had a great time.

Our third visit to Belmond's Jimbaran Puri. As usual it exceeded our expectations. Apart from its beautiful beachside location which is a major draw card for us, the exceptional warmth and outstanding customer service of the all the staff is a credit to the hotel management and of course to the staff themselves. All the accommodation, ie the rooms at Jimbaran Puri are in fact spacious cottages with, living area and courtyard garden. Those facing the beach have a terrace. The bed was kingsized and extremely comfortable with attractive and practical lightweight cotton canopy. The bathroom was well organised with all the amenities and the luxury of a sunken, therefore easily accessible stone bath with overhead shower. Located in the beautiful courtyard garden is an outdoor, freshwater shower. Our cottage faced the beach therefore we could walk onto the terrace through a door in the living room. All in all the accommodation was not only attractive but, absolutely comfortable and made for easy access to all the hotel's amenities. The dining options are not vast but, are very good. Breakfast is always a treat. Once again the staff were acutely focused on the highest level of service. There is a very good variety of food on offer for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day snacks including a range of international, mediterranean and local meals. Everything we enjoyed was delicious. Once again Jimbaran Puri has made for a brilliant, peaceful unwind to the end of 2022 and a blissful start to 2023.
