The best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Adorned with artistic pieces which were much admired. View from the balcony to die for. Proximity to bus, train station and the Main Street. Cannot praise it enough. 5⭐️ and beyond!

Great location, walk into town, safe parking, great views

Location. Large living room.

Bedrooms cramped. Bathroom in need of refurbishment and cleaned. Cobwebs on skylight obviously not cleaned for years. Lighting, mentioned by several past guest, not working. We were told we could park anywhere but one resident thinks not and blocked us in after leaving a note on our car windscreen.

The property is lavishly furnished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are stunning and the location is perfect to explore with secure parking and easy access to buses and trains.

Everything was perfect.

Everything. It's a luxurious apartment, fully kitted out with a fabulous view. You are right over the train station and road but the noise doesn't intrude and its fun to watch the trains coming in and out. Sit on the balcony and watch the Scillonian arriving, the yatchs zipping around the bay and drink in St Michaels Mount. Bedrooms are at the back and very quiet. Would definitely book again when visiting the area. Oh, and if you're thinking of visiting St Ives leave your car and pop on the train. £5.10 return. 20 minute journey including one change and it drops you next to the beach. Enjoy your holiday 😊

Only thing I could fault was the heat. Good lord that apartment is hot ! No fault of the owner but be aware, you may want to take a fan for the bedroom.

by no means is the below unsatisfactory, but critical feedback for the next guest, to be extremely nit picky. zebra folder told us to replace parts that we used, including dish washing tablets, paper, etc… thought was not in the holiday spirit. some random things not working, such as main living room lights, dish washer tablet holder is broken. no salt and pepper provided despite zebra folder saying so, no gloves provided for washing dishes. not much toilet paper provided, had to buy more. main bed is a little too soft. slightly more amenities provided would have made a big difference! eg a hair comb, salt and pepper, rubber gloves. admittedly this list can go on forever, but what was provided was slightly empty somehow (we had to go supermarket to replenish and make do).

Clean and spacious apartment with ideal facilities that’s close to local amenities and has a stunning view.

Master bed is extremely soft and for us uncomfortable, however I suppose this is down to personal preference. We were greeted daily by a very friendly gentleman who lives in the complex, however he approached us asking where we were staying/for how long (on more than one occasion) and reiterated how pets are, apparently, not allowed in the complex and he spoke freely about the, alleged, on-going dispute between the apartment owners and the host regarding having pets at the complex. Though this is out of the host’s control, it did put a dampener on things and made us feel slightly uncomfortable during our stay.
