the staff members are nice people. Luckily,I saw the most beautiful lady ,who works for YHA Penzance,I have ever seen in this world in decades.That's the moment which makes me remember Penzance for ever. Car park is convenient. Nice guests.

We didn’t eat there.

The toilets and shower outside the rooms.

The self catering kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of fridge space.

We booked this accomodation as it had laundry facilities onsite listed however, when we confirmed a few days before arriving the laundry facilities had been shut down. We had to use a laundromat in Penzance. Additionally, the wifi was terrible, and couldn’t be used in the rooms. We had the worst night sleep as the mattresses were only foam and the room was way too hot. We turned the heater off on arrival and left the window open all night but it did little to help.

Location was very Good. But Hotel and bed was t comfortable

When i booked this Hotel was Hotel and paid £100 for One Night but when i was checking in the staff member took me out and showed me the tant Which was surprice for me that i was not booking the tent.
