This property was perfect for a long weekend girls' trip. The house was clean, well maintained nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and we loved that we could easily walk to local restaurants. The property owners were responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is situated in a mixed commercial, residential, and industrial area. The house is nestled adjacent to a yard for a factory, to the rear of a business, and with other residences. The street is quiet and did not have much traffic. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles on the adjacent pads. Inside of the home was neat and well-kept. All of the amenities you could need were included. There was a spacious kitchen and living area, a primary bedroom with onsuite bathroom, and two guest rooms with another full bath. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. There was a short walk to a brewery, several restaurants, a coffee shop, and a grocery store was not far away. The house was located far enough outside of Chattanooga to avoid major congestions and traffic, but close enough that you could go into downtown and enjoy all the city had to offer. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Chattanooga without the hassle of booking a hotel downtown.

We had a great stay in Chattanooga! The house was perfect for our group of 4. Close to all the tourist attractions. Several cute restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. We especially loved the cat cafe nearby! The house was perfect - very clean, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. The only thing I would make a note of is that the listing said there were 4 bathrooms - but in actuality, there were only 2. Not a big deal, but was a bit of a surprise. The house is adorable!

Great location for easy access to local activities. Quite neighborhood, good restaurants within walking distance. Property was clean and rooms are spacious. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Wish there was a grill available.

Perfect 3 bedroom/2 bath house in great location. The beds were comfortable and the living space inviting. Just fyi...it is located directly next to a commercial plant but that in no way affected our stay there. Walking distance to the incline, coffee shop, brewery and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighborhood. We felt very comfortable there. The host was nice and responsive and check in and out process was easy. Would definitely stay there again!

If you're looking for a great place to stay while visiting Chattanooga this is it. Super clean and very comfortable. It's within minutes of everything. St. Elmo area is also a great little area that is going through a huge revitalization so lots to see and do just a couple blocks from the house. Would stay again for sure.

Very clean house for our stay, close to shops, quiet location. Taken one star off due to the noise from the chemical factory, which is close to the house, in the early hours of the morning. The house served our purpose of attending a wedding.

We had a family vacation in Chattanooga and found this house. It was perfect and close to everything that we had planned. The check in was easy and the house was spotless. We will definitely rent again if back in the area. Host were also quick to answer any communications as well

This is a perfect location to stay in Chattanooga. Walking distance to the Incline and restaurants. Quick drive down Broad St. to downtown. Tucked away in an industrial area, makes it super quiet at night. Plenty of room for everyone. Plan on staying here every time we come to visit friends.

I don’t think we have ever stayed somewhere so inspiring and comfortable. Everything was absolutely perfect for our short stay and I would revisit Chattanooga just to stay here again. It was the kind of place that made us want to redecorate our home. Every detail was incredible, the beds were heavenly, the kitchen was exquisite, the living spaces were so charming. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay. We loved walking to things in the neighborhood and easy drive to attractions downtown. We would stay again in the future.

Nice house, quiet area! Can walk to a ton of activities or restaurants. 1 minute walk from the Incline Railway and 5 minute drive to Ruby Falls!

We needed a convenient place to stay for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was comfortable and accommodating for everyone. The front porch was pleasant. However the location isn’t the greatest. The neighborhood is close to amenities but not particularly good for an evening stroll. Also the industrial area next door was loud at times.

The loading dock across the street ran from 5am-8pm so there was quite a bit of noise. We just put on our white noise app and ear plugs and it was fine.
