The location is beautiful, furniture new looking and clean. The bikes are not in good repair. The master bath was not very clean and unfortunately the shower water lever was broken, to the point that we couldn’t use it. The host did help us work out a plan to change units and we appreciated his attention to our issues. The rest of our stay was lovely. We saw a few manatees in the water right in front of the condo tower.

Nice large condo. Well amended and clean. Great area. Beautiful sunsets from the screened over-sized balcony. Walking distance to the Bimini Bait Shack, one of our favorite restaurants. The pool was still under construction when we were there 1/20/24, so that was a huge disappointment, but it will be nice when its completed. There is a nice beach out front of the condo, which we loved. The water is the brown brackish color from the river that feeds into that side of the Causeway, but that didn't bother us.
Would definitely stay there again.

Great base for exploring the area and fantastic views of the bay. We loved watching the Osprey, Pelicans and dolphins swimming past.

Such a beautiful clean updates Condo .had tons of beach stuff and kitchen was well stocked . Just bring your clothes . The sand beach and lounge chairs were so relaxing and beach was so clean ! Lani had breathtaking sunset views and we even got to see Manatees

Jim and Jean were awesome hosts. It was very easy to communicate and he checked in a couple of times to see everything was going well. There was one issue which was promptly taken care of. Great location ! Very relaxing time !

The condo itself was as expected and satisfactory. It has great views and is well equipped, and communication with the owner was good. We had one technical issue that was attempted to be addressed within our stay, but ultimately wasn't. The hotel next door is a plus, but be aware that the amenities beyond the restaurants require a pass to be purchased, the price of which differs based on whether or not the condo owner is a member.
Great access to Sanibel and FMB. The private beach is small, but it's yours - nobody else is there. it lacks shade though. Other reviews mention vegetation on the beach. We were OK with it, but honestly you're right next door to excellent beaches, so the private beach probably shouldn't be your key criteria when booking this property

Beautiful condo and beach
We had a great time at the condo and loved the private beach. The kids were able to run freely on the beach while always being in line of sight. My husband used the fishing poles to fish off the shore. We saw dolphins, iguanas, a skate/ray, and lots of fish during our stay. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was also a breeze.

Amazing
We all enjoyed our stay at your condo! It was beautiful, spacious, and a very comfortable stay. The only issue is the beach was dirty but that’s out of their control.
Jim is the only person I’ve ever had call me the next day and see how everything was going. Would highly recommend

Good family vacation spot
Checking into the property was easy enough. Finding out where to get the parking pass was the only hiccup.
The private beach was a little dirty with vegetation but a great spot to relax and let the kids play in the sand while momma got some sun!
The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. A great place to relax and cool off.
The rooms were cleaned but looking under beds and in hard to reach places revealed the cleaning service is not thorough.
Overall, this was a good property to take the family for vacation.

Good location, nice beach and pool
It was nice to have a semi-private beach and pool there was always a place to sit and play and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. The condo itself had nicely upgraded kitchen and master bath as described, the carpeting in the two bedrooms could use replacing. The tile in the main area was very nice and the patio was a great size. Communications with the owner was good.

Great stay and host
The place was great and Jim checked in before and during to make sure things were going well. All of the closets had stuff to make the trip even better! There was a beach cart with all sorts of toys and items to use on the beach, fishing rods, tennis rackets, etc. thanks so much!!

Golf Get away
Went down with the 15year old son to play golf. The condo is great location and great views. Swimming pool was great! Carpet in master bedroom was little dirty but as in past reviews they are planning a replacing. A/C seemed like it couldn't keep up. As no ceiling fans as I noticed in other units they had. Also had fans in each bedroom to keep the rooms cool since the A/C couldn't be turned down past 74. Overall a great time was had and the unit was very nice.

Perfect to relax & recharge
This was the perfect location to relax and recharge while being conveniently located to Sanibel/Captiva, Ft. Myers, and surrounding restaurants and shopping. The view is beyond gorgeous in this condo and the owner Jim went above and beyond in his communication throughout our booking and stay. I’d highly recommend this condo, owner, and location to anyone looking to enjoy some down time in paradise.

Little piece of paradise
We had a terrific time at the beach and pools. It's great the marriot is attached to use their amenities. Did a lot of fishing also that was fantastic. Can't wait to visit again.

The unit had everything needed from kitchen, laundry, pool/sand toys, and bikes and a kayak. The negative: - The description listed a fitness center center which was a must for my husband & I and was one of the reasons we chose the property, as well as use of the Marriott pools (pool bar with drinks & food on vacation is a plus). We called the Marriott to see if we could buy a pass but we were told the amenities the owner listed online (fitness center, pools, etc) are for guests of the hotel only. We had to find a fitness center 30 minutes away to use everyday and pay extra. - WiFi is too slow as it took forever to just Google a restaurant.- There is no water pressure in the showers and barely a trickle in the bathroom sinks. The shower in the master bath would not drain the water and my husband had to plunge it to clear it.- Cleanliness is my number one priority when staying anywhere and this unit needs a thorough cleaning as the fixtures, pictures, lights, etc., in the bathrooms and throughout the condo are covered in dust/dirt as were the baseboards as if they haven’t been cleaned in sometime. My daughter’s socks were black after walking on the floors.

Close to everything but private retreat
This property is a private retreat from the hustle and bustle of Fort Meyers yet close enough for the experience. It is a few minute jaunt to beautiful Sanibel and provides that quiet atmosphere that I was looking for.

Relaxing Vaca!
We enjoyed our vacation. The condo was spacious and the view was beautiful! We loved enjoying all the boats go by. Jim was very nice, checking in to make sure our stay was going well. We got in easily with a key pad and the checkout was seamless. Loved the pools at the Marriott and the trails around the campus were great for a morning walk/run. We really liked the area and condo and would definitely come back! The only thing that could use updating is the carpet in the master bedroom. Otherwise it was extremely clean and felt safe!

Great View! Spacious! Sunsets were amazing!
Beautiful place! With beautiful views! The sunsets were amazing! Condo was clean and nice and spacious! Plenty of room! The Lenai Was our favorite! You could literally hear and see dolphins from the balcony! Loved every minute of it! Already miss hearing the ocean everyday! It was so relaxing! 10/10 would totally recommend staying here! Private and relaxing! Everything you ever needed was in the condo!

Amazing view and location
Love this condo right on the water! Beautiful mornings and stunning sunsets. Easy ride to Sanibel & Ft Meyers Beach. Easy parking for the condo. Walked next door for Starbucks coffee at the Marriott. Walked around the property each morning so beautiful for a 2 mile walk. Excellent week

The perfect combo!
We loved our stay at this private condo tower. It was neat, clean, had a gorgeous waterfront view, and all the basic necessities that we didn’t need to pack or worry about. Our condo had a nice pool and smaller beach while The main resort had several bigger pools all with beautiful decor, views of the water, and they play fun music, too. The resort restaurants and coffee shop were also super convenient. Many beautiful and fun places to sit, look at the gorgeous bay, and have a coffee or drink.

Gorgeous view!
We loved our stay at this condo! Our family of 6 (4 small children) enjoyed the convenient and private beach. And a short ride over to Sanibel Island is easy to access all that Sanibel has to offer, without the expensive cost of renting on the actual island. Everyday was capped offed with the gorgeous sunset view from the amazing balconey!

Beautiful Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The owner checked in with us a couple times and addressed any questions quickly. The location can’t be better. We could sit on the lanai forever and be content.
