Ocean front view with large 2 sided balcony.

The view was beautiful. Place was very quiet and relaxing. Would of liked if the pool was open later to enjoy the evening in the hot tub when it wasn’t so hot.

Excellent stay, would definitely like to go back again with my family. Kids enjoyed the private beach and the pool. Very nice view, spacious balcony. The condo is very clean and is well kept. Easy check in and out. Highly recommended !

The staff is great, they address all concerns presented and are polite. The property is clean and orderly. We always enjoy this property and have returned many years constant.

Incredible views in a spacious & well-appointed 2 bedroom 2bath condo. Communication by Resort properties was outstanding from outreach after we booked to remote checkin email instructions to checkout email. The pool was warm & wonderful overlooking a small beach with ample lounge chairs. There was a nice wind fabric on the fence surrounding the pool to cut down on the breeze. Ample parking spaces on open lot. This is conveniently located near Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach & the Marriott Sanibel Harbor Resort. Amenities such as fitness center & spa can be purchased from Marriott. Very comfortable condo with large screened balcony to enjoy sunsets.

Three female friends escaped to Punta Rassa. Upon opening the door to the condo, everyone was amazed at how spacious it was and how beautifully furnished. This was so much better than a hotel room! We had an amazing view of the harbor and heard the sound of the water lapping the shore. The screened in balcony was lovely with a large table, four chairs, and a chaise lounge. We could swim in the harbor or the pool both of which were right beneath our condo. The Resort was in touch with us right after I made our reservation and before our arrival, telling us how to enter the condo after hours. Everything was perfect!

What a beautiful vacation we had! A family of 6 (4 kids) and we had ample space for a 5 day stay. It felt like home with everything you need including washer/dryer, mop, plunger, sheets, towels, detergent, etc. The condo was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular every day. The pool was nice and the private beach was very peaceful. Due to seaweed, you could not really swim in the water and the “no see um” bugs were definitely an annoyance around sundown but those were my only complaints. The drive to local restaurants and shopping was short and so many choice. Sanibel Island was close and the beaches were beautiful. I would love to come back again!

I love the room how it was set up to the ocean view very comfortable place and everything you need was there I definitely will go back to enjoy the sanibel beach.

From the moment we opened the front door we were impressed. We experienced a great view of the beach as promised. The condo was spotless and stocked with all of the necessities. We highly recommend this property with two thumbs up!

The room was clean parking was okay. The door was a pain it was hard to unlock. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

I loved how there was everything we needed there. Even things we didn't think of! The property was very clean and there were no bugs! This is a excellent location. We will be back!

The property was in a great location, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, but right next to the Sanibel bridge for easy access to the island. My boys loved the pool and we were right on the beach, which was great. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, so we didnt swim there, but it was nice to have the ocean right there! Overall the condo was very clean. A little dated and the water pressure wasnt great, but those are just minor details that didnt matter a ton to us for our stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful!!!!

The views, beach access, pools, and nature walk area are big plusses. Accessibility to/from one of the main roads in the area also helps when traveling off-property.

We stayed for a quick extended weekend trip without the kids. This place is a great location, super clean and well decorated. We found the condo to be very comfortable for our stay. The private beachfront is nice for relaxing sunsets, as is the private balcony. It's an 8/10 for us. We will come back again!

We would stay here again with our three kids. Clean pool. Private entry condo. Quick elevator. Go to Publics for groceries. Sanibel Island is nice and close. Go to Blind Pass beach for shells & you can fish on the bridge there too. Fishing - we booked with Pontoon Boat Cruise and Michele was awesome! 239-462-8589 they do fishing or other types of outings on the water.

The condo was a little out dated...especially kitchen but overall was a nice place. The beach is small and private and away from the hustle and bustle yet close to activities.

Very quiet. Out of the hustle bustle which is good for older travelers looking for a restful stay. Right at the causeway to Sanibel.

I liked the fact that the condominium had a private beach and ocean view rooms from the balcony.

The room was very dirty, the sheets looked used, extremely old and dated. Nothing felt clean. The only nice thing was the view, the pool and the private beach. The room was gross. :(

I loved the private beach, beautiful pool and patio where you could sit right above the gulf and listen to waves come in. Lovely view also. We would definitely come back to this resort and hope to next year and stay longer than a week.
