Ferme de Montenvers es un hermoso edificio nuevo ubicado a pocos minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad de Chamonix. Base Camp es un apartamento en planta baja de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, con capacidad para 6 personas.
Elegantemente diseñado, este espacioso y confortable apartamento de 65 m² consta de dos habitaciones, una con una cama doble grande, y una habitación doble, 2 baños, ambos con duchas. Hay una gran sala de estar con cómodos sofás y TV de pantalla plana. La sala de estar es de planta abierta con mesa de comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. También se abre a una terraza privada y jardines compartidos que ofrece fantásticas vistas de los picos circundantes.
El alquiler incluye estacionamiento privado al aire libre al lado del apartamento y guardaesquís.
La estación central de autobuses y trenes de Chamonix está a pocos minutos a pie. El acceso a los ascensores de Chamonix en transporte local gratuito, aunque están lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar.

Well equipped accommodation a short walk from the centre of Chamonix. Hosts were very helpful.
There were quite a few ants in the outdoor area which ventured indoors at times. If anything could be done to keep them away it would be beneficial.

We had a wonderful stay in Chamonix at this apartment. It was very clean, seemed to have been recently renovated and it is well-maintained. The property manager was very communicative, easy to reach and highly responsive. We would highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Chamonix!

My husband and I stayed here earlier this month for 7 days. The minute we walked in we couldn't believe how clean and lovely the place was. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with washer/ dryer and diahwasher. It was in a great location with a short walk to the centre of Chamonix, a 5 minute walk to the Du Midi chairlift and a handy 5 minute walk to the local supermarket. The views from our verandah were breath taking. The place was very secure and quiet. Lots of handy brochures were left for sightseeing and a fantastic instructions book outlining everything. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chamonix on their next visit.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Chamonix is a beautiful town with something for everyone. Our only regret was not staying longer. Our group was in Chamonix for hiking so the washer/dryer was much appreciated and well used. This was our first experience with using a machine that both washes and dries! The kitchen was well-equipped for our group of 4 adults. There were many options for our choice of beverages as well as small meal/snack prep. Bakery was a short walk into town each morning for fresh pastries and sandwiches. Train stations were also very close. We did learn that grocery stores in Chamonix have limited hours so I suggest planning accordingly. We did stay in early September when the summer was winding down which may have influenced the hours. Highly recommend this apartment!!!

Loved Chamonix. So much to do in the mountains and also went to see the Tour de France. The flat was lovely inside and the location was good in terms of being able to walk to the shops and restaurants and lifts etc but so noisy! Living in a building site so noisy lorries start soon after 6am every day, and also quite a busy road. A shame, as the flat is absolutely beautifully decorated.

As nice as the pictures! A short walk to town, but there is a walk! The decor was well thought out to accommodate comfortable living. Very impressive! Great for a family of three. The management company was on top of things and very responsive. The only recommendation I would have is to provide a carafe to keep the coffee hot!

This was a beautiful and well appointed apartment, with everything you need to make your stay special. The location is perfect, only a couple of minutes walk into town and within walking distance to the supermarket. Scott, the owner was really accommodating and has been a joy to deal with. We will be going back soon!

Appartement très confortable très bien équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut mise à part une cafetière qui m’a beaucoup manqué 😀
sinon quelques petits soucis problèmes avec La télécommande pour accéder au garage. Et problème avec le volet roulant électrique qui se bloqué.
(problèmes non résolus pendant mon séjour)

For our family of 4, this accomodation was perfect. The apartment has everything we needed, cosy, modern and well located. We were also able to cook a roast for Christmas dinner after a great day skiing. A Christmas to remember in Chamonix.

Super Séjour a Cham !
L’appartement est très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre. Une place de parking juste à côté de la terrasse, et l’appartement est très bien décoré et fonctionnel. Superbe vue sur le dôme du Goûter et le glacier des Bossons de la terrasse. L’accueil est professionnel et attentionné et un classeur vous attend pour vous expliquer tout ce qu’il faut savoir sur l’appartement et la vallée. Un local pour les skis à disposition. Et si vous avez besoin la télé est connectée pour retrouver toutes vos chaînes préférées (Netflix, OCS...). Un grand merci pour ce séjour, nous aurons plaisir à revenir!

Location was ideal both with regard# to driving and walking into town.

I think on your map the house is on other side of road.
The door is difficult to unlock.
Found we couldn’t get the sound bar to work so volume on TV was low - maybe better instructions?

Excellent accomodation, equipped with everything you need
Lovely clean, modern, spacious and comfortable accommodation, nicely situated for everything.
The parking was difficult as the snow doesn't get cleared and it was like an ice rink by the end of our stay. A snow shovel would have been handy.
