Tout était parfait! Le personnel est très aidant. La chambre est grande, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner et la piscine aussi!

La atención del personal es muy buena, son muy atentos a la hora de orientarte, calidad humana y mucha paciencia. De verdad que recomiendo este lugar a ojo cerrado

i actually loved this hostel I never slept so good before in a hostel. The beds are situated in a way your body is enclosed and the other half has a privacy curtain. The beds are super comfortable absolutely clean. Another nice touch which so many other hostels don’t have are lockers for your personal belongings. It’s in a nice safe area I walk around day and night and never had a problem. In all actuality I been all over Colombia and never once had a problem what I realized is that Colombian people are very great full to have tourist they are kind, respectful hard working family oriented people just like everyone else in this world there trying to survive. i will be back in Santa Marta in 3 weeks and will book this hostel again. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL TO ANYONE ON THE PLANET.

i liked everything. honestly at these prices anyone who finds anything to complain about is just looking for things to complain about. think of the positive things and always consider this my fellow travelers you leaving any business a bad review because you found a minor thing you didn’t like is potentially effecting someone job and livelihood. Unless it’s something major you find wrong there’s no reason to post minor negativities. If your looking for perfect go rent yourself a 5 star hotel and you’ll still probably find things to complain about over there also. what’s most important is Safe, affordable, clean, comfortable, air conditioning accommodations what else could you ask for

Beware of all the positive reviews - they seem very suspicious to me. This was my second stay in Santa Marta and I booked this place because it had a pool and seemed quiet. I booked 2 nights and on first impression I was prepared to extend my stay for my remaining days. Pool was refreshing (although a little dirty). And it was indeed quiet because there were few people there. Bunks are very private. The girl who worked in the afternoons was very nice.

Poor wifi. Bathroom stank. Dirty pool. Unpleasant location. And they are super stingy with the air-conditioning. I had to ask for it to be turned on some time after 10pm. And then they turn it off at 5am!!! Good luck sleeping after 6am because the box you sleep in quickly becomes a little sauna. There is a fan but it's very noisy and it doesn't do much except move the hot air around. When I complained about it the manager LITERALLY STARTED SCREAMING AT ME!!! I have never experienced anything like it! She obviously hates her job and is not an appropriate person to have managing a hostel or speaking to guests. Needless to say she refused to refund me for the second night that I didn't stay there. Hot tip - there is a hostel that faces onto Parque Bolívar (actually a nicer area) that is 11,000 pesos cheaper per night, has a great (clean) pool, has breakfast included AND they leave the air-con on in the morning until people have finished sleeping.

There was a small pool and good breakfast Mattresses were comfortable enough.

A lot of dust in the fans on the beds... I had to request for the a/c to be turned on when it hadn't been done by 11pm and also for more toilet paper in the morning. The rooftop is still under construction so looked more like a building site. Looked a bit dated and a lot of squashed mosquitos on the walls around the bed which could do with a wipe down perhaps..

Fantastic location close to the beach without being far from the bars and restaurants. Excellent value for the money.

Its just on the edge of where you want to be and don’t want to be The pool was really dirty, I think the pump or a filter was broken as it was unusable, algae floating on the surface wifi did not work in my room

Have to pay for towels AC is on only after 9pm in the dormitory rooms, had to go at 10pm to ask to put it on Hotel has a restaurant but ye have to pay 20k for delivery

Everything was good.

The place is well maintained and beds are comfortable Staff is really nice and helpful. It's on the edge of the centre but not a great walk away so it was fine I stayed here twice on separate occasions

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location right by the waterfront was great.

One major thing, there was quite a bit of mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom. A few minor things: the towels and blanket had a few holes. The bathroom was not super clean when we checked in.
