La terraza es muy comoda, y las habitaciones tambien

como recomendación, en la terraza no deberian servir cervezas en vidrio porque se rompe una botella y todos estan descalzos por la piscina, y puede ser algo molesto. (De noche no es recomendable salir a caminar por esa zona)

El servicio de bar y alimentación en la zona de la piscina, tiene un muy buen rooftop con una gran vista y los precios de las bebidas y alimentos son muy economicos.

Variar más el desayuno y por momentos el restaurante colapsa ante la cantidad de personas que intentan bajar al mismo tiempo lo cual también hace que la variedad de alimentos disponibles no sea tanta

The hotel has a convenient location, close to the city center and the main city beach (around 10 minutes walk). The hotel has a free indoor parking through a ramp. The rooms were clean and the internet was fast. The swimming pool on the rooftop terrace has a nice bar and enough couches and sun beds. Also, next to the couches is a "cool room" for people to enjoy A/C cooled air while next to the pool.

The staff was not amazing. Nothing particular to note, but no visible desire to make the customers happy. The breakfast was average and water for drinking was ... not available. The area all around the hotel is quite shady and going out at night is really not recommended.

Great staff, comfortable bed, small but clean gym. Breakfast was plentyful a good.

Room did not appears very clean. The glass available in the room was obviously used and dirty. Towels are no longer white. They are old and almost grey. Location is a few streets too far from action, which makes it a little scary to leave the facility on foot at night.

Room was in 11th floor with nice views. Shower always had warm water almost immediately. Air conditioning works very fast, when I arrived was turned off and room was hot, but after turning it on it was fresh and chilly in about 5 minutes. There is a lot of storage space in closets. Bed is very big and wide. It felt safe, I was also leaving in the room some small amount of money and electronics. Breakfast was included free and it offered many different food and juices, was worth eating it. On the roof there is a nice pool and bar. Around the building is private security 24/7. Hotel restaurant has affordable prices and very nicely prepared and tasty food for lunch and dinner.

After arriving I asked in Spanish if I can speak in English. They said yes and also made a sarcastic joke in Spanish with other receptionist there that it is always like this. Probably not the most professional thing to do in a high level hotel. Elevator seems to work with usual speed, however, it takes forever for the doors to open. We waited two evenings at the bar on the roof for someone to show up to make us a cocktail, but no luck. Around building, especially from back side, there was a lot of garbage seen from the windows. Fridge seems to be super loud. Only minimal amount of shampoo, sample size. Could hear noise from street at night. Desk chair had missing two screws and was dangerously leaning to the left. Toilet (where you sit) is incredibly close to the sink, if you are a bit oversized you will feel like a fish in a can. Restaurant doesn't ask if you wish to add extra tip, but just charges it, in general I would add it anyway for the great service, but I think should be asked, since it is something you do voluntarily. At the reception they advised me to not walk alone outside at dark and night, since I obviously look European, I don't consider this a bad thing, but just keep in mind it is better to walk outside during daytime. Hotel works with American Traveling Plus agency for airport pickup and other transport services. They are fine, however, they work very unprofessionally. I got confirmation email from @gmail.com even when they use professional domain email @americantravelingplus.com. Also when there was a last minute driver switch I did not get that info from main number or email, but just random WhatsApp number, aka driver, texting me. I always double checked for safety with main number what's happening and also provided my surprised feedback about their @gmail.com and random numbers.

I booked a room via the application that could not be cancelled simultaneously with my colleagues. They booked me a 50% more expensive room than my colleagues which I noticed later. They promise to help me later internally but they didn't. That wasn't proper value for the money. A sandfly bites at the breakfast area.

Good location in Santa Marta and easy to walk to the main town centre and waterfront and along to the Museum. Standard modern hotel. We had a King Suite with corner bed as a one night stop-over before an early flight from Santa Marta airport. Good view across to the waterfront. A standard modern hotel in a good location. A very lively night time scene which we were not expecting in Santa Marta - will work for some and not for others!

Noise from other people - music and shouting. The hotel staff responded and it did quieten down but it did spoil a good few hours of our stay there. Hotel staff unable to recommend places to eat and places to visit which we found strange.

I stayed here twice once before I did the Lost City Trek and then for 2 nights afterwards. I liked the location because it wasn’t as noisy as I’d had before , the pool and cocktails were great and Hot water ! Best of all though we’re the front reception staff! He remembered my name when I came back and they all went above and beyond to help me get laundry done on a Sunday as their service was closed. Overall a great experience 😊

Had an Incident with our room. Issue wasn’t resolved for a whole day, manager never showed his face, would constantly send others to say they were working on it… all that time waiting for at the end to say they couldn’t help us.
