The home and location were perfect for my sisters and my families + grandma. Everyone had their own room, plenty of bathrooms for our group of 12. The main level was just perfect for our family to all be together but not on top of eachother. Well stocked home in excellent condition.

We celebrated NYE with our friends and lots of kiddos (age 1-6) and had the best time. The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is perfect- we could walk to the playground, restaurants, coffee, and the beach! Even in December, we used the outdoor grill which was amazing. We stayed in this house for two weeks over the Labor Day weekend. It was the perfect location to everything. We never had to walk much more than 2 blocks to anything and yet the neighborhood felt so quiet and remote. The perfect location

This house was beautiful, with a great outdoor grill and appliances. The screened porch was wonderful with an eating area there. Half a mile to the beach and an easy walk to Rehoboth Ave.

The house layout is great for groups. The kitchen, family room, outdoor patio, dining room--all gave our group the space to be in community and have an amazing weekend in Rehoboth.

The home looked exactly like the photos and felt very spacious with parking Room for 2 cars in the rainbow driveways. Short walk to boardwalk area and beach. Beautiful enclosed patio and outdoor area. Only downside is lack of linens. Property does not come with towels/sheets/ and pillow cases. We had to rent them for an additional $236. Would stay here again next time!

The house is in an ideal location to walk to Rehoboth shops, restaurants and bike rental. It is larger than the pictures seem to portray with lots of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed being able to gather around the kitchen island and family room and especially the screened in porch. Great table out there for playing cards. There are beach chairs in the garage and a wheeled cart but I would advise driving your beach stuff over and then walking without having to carry all the stuff. The owner had all kinds of spices and serving wear available so everything we needed was available for breakfast and first night happy hour. It was an easy walk to Rehobth Cycle Sports for a bike rental and a great ride to Lewes. Also an easy walk to Salt Air and Shorebreak Lodge for dinner and we loved the food at both. There are 2 types of coffee makers so you can bring K cups or ground coffee. The linen & towel rental was easy. If only there was a blow dryer or rental option since those take up so much space when you don't want to check luggage. Overall, we were very impressed with this property and had a Fabulous time!

We loved the layout of the house and the amount of space for everyone. It was super clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was only a couple blocks from Rehoboth Ave which was so convenient. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach so you’ll want to transport your beach chairs/equipment by car. Plenty of parking was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rehoboth Beach.

Fairly last second, I realized I had a block of days off and decided to take a beach trip with my family (10 of us... ages 9-70). This listing was literally last available (making me skeptical). What LUCK! This house was simply fantastic. Clean. Well located. Spacious. Extra bonus if you love cooking- there is top notch indoor AND outdoor cooking space. The indoor and outdoor showers are clean and fresh. It is easy to get to the beach, boardwalk, and biking paths. I really cannot reiterate enough how fabulous this house is. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Literally my only constructive feedback would be- add an information book/binder with instructions for sound system, fans, checkout, etc. We were told to look for a welcome binder, but never found one. It didn't end up mattering because Remax (the property management group) was SO responsive and immediately answered all of my emails. 5 star vacation for sure. Many thanks to the owners, VRBO and Remax! Top notch job.

Great property, pictures don’t do it justice!
Had a great time at the property; check in was extremely easy and we felt that the house was even nicer in person. Plenty of space for a group of 8 indoors and outdoors. The only problem was that one of the second floor showers did not work properly... the water pressure was weak, and you couldn’t get it to stay on the shower hear setting.

Last Minute Thanksgiving Escape
Given COVID and no Thanksgiving family tradition this year, we were fortunate to get this booking last minute. Cannot recommend it more highly and I am very picky. Location is perfect. We enjoyed many walks into town and to the beach. Loved the outdoor kitchen and huge all season room. It felt more like a home than a rental. Will definitely be back. Remax was great to work with too.

A nice sunroom but one of the seats at the table was broken and the rocking bench had something major wrong with it. When we turned the oven on, it bellowed smoke. On inspection the bottom was very dirty. The second bedroom on the second floor was hardly a bedroom. No door. In the hallway. With a skylight directly over the bed. Not the best when you are on a get away to relax. Sun shining in your eyes very early. The upstairs toilet needed repairs so it basically was not usable. Of the two bathrooms on the main floor, the jack and jill bathroom needed a plunger frequently even with doing only number one.I don’t think we will stay here again especially after all of the beautiful VRBOs that we have used.

Girls get away
Once getting to the property and looking at how big the house was, we were all excited to take the grand tour. Once inside, OMG it was awesome! There are 7 ladies in our group and everyone had a bed! The kitchen was well stocked! We got to play our card games at the table in the huge screened in porch. We could walk uptown for our morning coffee and shopping. I just simply can not say enough great things about this house. We are planning our trip for next year and hoping this house will be available next year!

Large house, excellent location, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach gear to use, great outside grilling area, home sound system did not work, cable TV in living room did not work, only 2 wine glasses in house, vacuum did not work when we had an ant problem on porch, but....it was nice enough that we would probably rent it again.

Pros: location, access to beach, parking and pass accommodations, outdoor bbq, social seating area.
Had to reach out about check since apparently the email never made it to me. Cleaning was still happening when we checked in about 5. Was clean and cleaning staff was very apologetic. Water pressure in upstairs shower to turn shower head on hit or miss depending on if others were running water.
