This property is perfect for families looking for a home-like atmosphere in a quiet and convenient location. We loved being in a house (no noisy neighbors above you like condos) with all of the amenities of home while being steps from the beach. We will definitely return!!

All our adult family members loved this spacious, clean, and accommodating TH. Its location was perfect and close to the beach and boardwalk. The two parking spaces were a plus! We definitely will return in the future. Thank you for having us!

Beds are comfy and AC works well. New vacuum works well. new this year (August 2023) is a lovely front porch, though no chairs yet. also new is an attractive green lawn in front that replaced gravel. We appreciated the owners leaving a thoughtful gift bag with hand soap, paper towels, chocolate bars, etc. We also appreciate the keypad lock system on the doors--no keys to have to share and dont have to drop them off to rental agent at end of stay. Excellent customer service with rental agents at coldwell banker. One item i'd like to suggest adding is outside doormats--helpful for sand removal from shoes. New restaurants we tried this year were Downtown Blues on 1st ave. and Drift Seafood and Raw Bar on Baltimore--both 5 stars. Missed nicola's being in town, but got it delivered.

The location was perfect! We spent our days on the beach and strolled the boardwalk. Evenings were enjoyed at the nearby watering holes! Stress-free location! The townhouse is wonderfully decorated and well-kept! No complaints at all. Great off-street parking and nice neighbors!

I have grown up going to Rehoboth! The location is amazing and the space is even more beautiful than pictured. In the past I feel like other places I’ve stayed just get cheap beds that aren’t comfortable the beds were like sleeping on clouds which a such a plus and makes it feel like a home away from home. I’ll be booking this place again in the future. The only thing I didn’t love was the check in process, but not something that would stop me from staying here again. You won’t regret staying in this beautiful home!

This condo is very unassuming from the outside but was recently redone and it is wonderful! Tastefully done, love the details, comfortable and clean! It’s access to the beach and boardwalk was steps away. Everything was walking distance. The only thing I wish it had was a porch or patio to sit and drink my morning coffee. But walking to the boardwalk and sitting there was just as good!

This was an outstanding and impeccably clean property! Recently redone from top to bottom, this house has three comfortable bedrooms, and two large full baths on the top floor, with a powder room on the first floor. The kitchen was beautiful and well-equipped and provided ample countertop and pantry space, along with four barstools for gathering. Appliances were top-notch for a beach rental - the GE washer/dryer allowed us to leave the place with clean clothes neatly packed. The high-tech fridge, dishwasher, and cooktop made it a snap to prepare meals. We loved the amount of space and comfortable seating provided in the living area, and the staging area with hooks and a bench right by the door. The breakfast nook in the corner made for a nice dining room a few nights. We loved how close the house was to the beach--literally half a block--you could easily run back to the house from a beach chair and return with cold drinks for the family in less than five minutes. There was an outdoor shower and 2 parking spaces steps from the back door. The neighborhood, despite its proximity to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants, was very quiet--we slept in every morning with ease. I'm an avid runner, and it was a breeze throwing on my shoes and heading up to North Shore and the Gordon Pond trail every morning. This place would be perfect for a family of four (though there are no bathtubs for little ones), or even for a few couples getting together for a long weekend or a week. There's space to congregate and hang out for meals and drinks, and space to curl up with a book and relax. We cannot wait to return, even in the off season! It handily beats any hotel option given the amenities.

Our only comment for improvement would be the lackluster water drainage in the upstairs bathrooms which has been a problem both years.

The unit is one of four identical attached townhouses that are well maintained. It is fabulously close to beach and boardwalk, including Atlantic Cycles where we rented bikes for the week and explored Henlopen State Park. The house is renovated with an eye to design. Loved the little touches such as the clever “Chanel Surf boards” wall rack where we hung beach bags, jackets etc. (See if you can find the design reference elsewhere in unit) Well equipped kitchen allowed us to make a few meals at home.
