Check in process was quick, of note, you do have to pick up the keys from the Remax office. The property was just as pictured, and was clean. Located only one block from the beach, on a quiet street and very close to all shops and food. We walked almost everywhere. We loved the balcony and that there were TVs in each bedroom. The only minor issue we ran into was the coffee pot was missing, but not a big deal at all. We really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk to whatever you want to do. The Beach, Various Eating, Shopping and/or Fun and Games for all ages. All within an easy walk.

Couple blocks from boardwalk and main drag of Rehoboth Beach. Really convenient location. Place was as described, great floor plan for family of 5. Easy check in and helpful staff. We hope to come back next year!

Plenty of space for our group with cleanly accommodations. Close to everything. We loved having wine out on the front deck!

Property is so well located. Within walking distance of cafes, shops, and beach. Had everything we needed for a week away over spring break.

The place was awesome in a wonderful location, walking distance to so much and the beach. Didn’t have heat the first night throughout the next day. Was a hassle trying to convince the property that there really wasn’t heat. A member of our group Had to leave dinner from restaurant to meet the repair person. Very inconvenient since had to get food to go and a big interruption in our vacation.

For the most part, it looked and lived up to the listing … it does need some maintenance though - chipping paint and smell of mildew in downstairs bathroom. The only real issue we had was with the HVAC, and having seen another review that mentioned it being an issue, I reached out to the property manager in advance … the response I got was that there has never been a problem with the HVAC - I would tend to doubt that. It was blowing cold air constantly. It would shut down for about a minute and start again. Thermostat had the indoor temp at 73 to 76 degrees, but we were in sweatshirts or sweaters the entire time. We called in the morning of our first day to notify the property manager, and we were able to finally shut off the thermostat. The owner came while we were out - told the property manager it was off, not a problem, and turned it back on … and it just started blowing out cold air again none stop … even when we got it off again, it would blow out cold air for 15 to 20 minutes an hour. It wasn’t bad enough to keep calling about it, but I would make sure you bring along blankets if you go during the off season, because it would get pretty freakin cold overnight and in the mornings.

This is a great place in a great location. Everything you need is in walking distance. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. You really can't beat it.

How is are stay? It's the worst vacation ever! House was dirty to our arrival the central is not working it's so hot in here I have only had a total of 4hrs of sleep in the last 48hrs. It was up to 82 in here. The unit is listed to have Central air and I was reading previous reviews and this has been an issue so I know you were aware of this issue and it should have been fixed before our arrival. If it wasn't for us coming here for my mom 77th birthday we would have checked out after the first night stay but since we have plans to visit my sister grave at Hollywood cemetery in Herrington DE on Sunday and if We had the funds to get another rental or a hotel, we would've checked out yesterday! We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great with the beach 1 block away and plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The upstairs deck was a perfect place to read or hang out with the family. I would definitely rent at this location again.

This place is the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk. My girls loved playing with that games and toys. We would absolutely stay again!

Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. The location is absolutely unbeatable! However, please keep in mind that the unit is not turn key. Consumables are not provided - you will need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, even trash bags. If you are looking for a truly "turn key" vacation experience, this is not it. The only other other issue we encountered was that the main floor shower did not work, and despite multiple calls to the property management firm it was not repaired for 2 days. So our guests went without showers for 48 hours in the Summer....However, the location more than makes up for the negatives. Overall recommended.

My sisters, Mom and I take a trip every year. As we get older it’s nice to have a house as home base so we can rest when we want and have a place to gather for meals s to play games. The setup of this house was perfect for us.

Right around the block from dining and shops! Great deal for the off season! Clean and well stocked!

The unit was very comfortable, well decorated, super location for the beach , Shops and restaurants. A few glitches were addressed by rental agent.

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the pleasant apartment located one block from the boardwalk/ocean and two blocks from Rehoboth Ave. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have the 2nd floor deck to enjoy. There was no ability to open windows--except for the sliding glass door to the deck. I would have preferred being able to get fresh air, especially given the importance of that during these pandemic times. Also, there was no welcome book which we advised the rental company about the day we checked in. They did answer our question about where to put the trash prior to checking out and were friendly and helpful.

My brothers and I love this property. It has exactly what is needed for your stay. Close to beach and boardwalk, off street parking, comfortable and just what is needed for a relaxing long weekend. We are return visitors and love it. Can't wait for our next trip.

Great place, lots of room, a game shelf (nice surprise), a quick walk to Rehoboth Ave. and a block from the beach. This was perfect for our family. Note for young families-the master bedroom is up the spiral staircase, separate from the other two bedrooms which are on the main level and down the hallway past the kitchen. Fine for our elementary school aged kids but may be tricky for babies or toddlers. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo. The living spaces were nicely kept and comfortable for our family of five. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and walking into town. Having the local grocery store a block and a half away was helpful too. The condo was really nice. The only thing we did not like was that the master bedroom was up on a separate level from the other two bedrooms. We did not realize this when booking. We would have preferred for all the bedrooms to be on the same level. Also, that upper level could not cool down so it was hot for sleeping. The last thing that’s not a big deal but would have been very useful to have were hooks- for hanging towels and damp bathing suits on. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend the condo.

We stayed at Beach Pebbles over Memorial Day Weekend 2021 and also in August 2020. Both stays were fantastic. The condo is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and nice furniture. It has an absolutely perfect location - just two blocks off Rehoboth Avenue and one block to the beach, but just far enough away from the action that it is quiet at night. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the condo was clean as could be. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing time at Beach Pebbles! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. There were two reserved parking spaces for this unit behind the building which was not made clear when I spoke to the property manager, but it worked out great! The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to one of many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! We hope to stay again!
