My girlfriend and I absolutely loved staying in Kathy's condo. It was very cozy and had everything we needed during our stay. Kathy's communication was excellent throughout our time in Gatlinburg. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Gatlinburg.

We enjoyed our stay here! The studio condo was perfect for our needs. Recommend following Kathy’s directions to get to the condo as there are some roads that are 2 way but don’t appear to be 2 lanes. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kathy is great at communicating as they were doing some repair work on the property and ensured we were updated on this. The extra touch to make sure there are charging cords available was nice. The hot tubs on the property were nice after a long day of hiking in the park

Our stay was very nice. Celebrated our anniversary in Gatlinburg, where we also spent our honeymoon! The condo is just right in size. Beautiful views of the mountains. Great communication with the host. We recommend that you stay here! This was our second time staying here, and it has all the comforts you need for a respite. Don’t pass this one up! The owner of this condo saved our first trip to the area. We had rented a cabin that was terrible and she got us in right away and made us feel welcome. She goes above and beyond other rentals to assist in making your trip great. Gave great directions from easiest way to get there to how to use the TV.

Cute and super tidy condo. We loved the community swimming pool and hot tubs at the clubhouse. Seamless communication with the property owner. Favorite part was seeing a Momma bear & her 3 cubs ❤️ early one morning!

Kathy is awesome host and provided much more information than we expected. She is very welcoming! We enjoyed our time. The check in process is super easy and she made the place available way earlier than the 3pm check in time! The place is on the top of the mountain with pools, hot tub and sauna. I was very nervous about the drive up to the condo due to other reviews, so I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the easy drive up!!! I do not feel comfortable driving up mountains, but I was not worried driving up to this condo. It wasn't nearly as intimidating as some of the reviews made it seem. The condo was the perfect place to stay. I loved that games were provided! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed in pine cone corner for a short weekend getaway and we really enjoyed it. It was great for just the two of us. Very comfortable place to stay. The host was very easy to deal with and was very informative. We’d definitely stay here again

I needed a respite, and boy did I get one in this delightful place! Comfortable and safe. Quiet and just so relaxing. This place has everything you need for a good break away from chaos! Loved that I could see what I wanted to see in the area, and then return to the well equipped home away from home. Kathy, the owner , is very quick to respond. I think you should spend time here…a great VRBO!!!

Awesome awesome awesome

We stayed for 2 nights, to attend our son's wedding. It was a 20 minute drive to the venue and that was ideal for us. The location is a little off the beaten path, and away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg's main street, full of tourists. It's on a high mountaintop, as are other properties in the area. The location is very quiet and ideal for rest. The unit is a spacious studio type, with a bed, living room, and open kitchen. It's a large enough room and perfect for 2 people. We were advised not to use GPS to find the unit. We used both, the written instructions from the owner, and GPS on different occasions. Neither option was better over the other. It took us longer using the written instructions, because it was difficult finding certain landmarks or signs in the dark and sometimes missed a turn. Twice we had to turn around, because we realized we missed a turn. It probably took us an extra 20 min due to wrong turns. At least with GPS, you know right away if you took a wrong turn. So I don't think using GPS is worse. It's a matter of preference. We would love to return to Gatlinburg, stay at this property, and spend more time to explore the area.

This is an awesome condo perfect for a couple getaway. The drive up can be tricky, but after a few times, it’s not too complicated. Would definitely rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was great. We had a small glitch and the owner went above and beyond. Quiet and peaceful. Great getaway from hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. And Gatlinburg was very busy.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The decorations were so cute and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very accessible and provided helpful information about the area. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I especially appreciated getting check-in instructions well in advance. Almost forgot - the pool and hot tub were nice too. The road to the unit (top of the mountain) took a little getting used to but ultimately we completely enjoyed our stay!

Visiting Gatlinburg for my best friend's wedding. Stayed 2 nights. The rental was a great price for a condo. Plus it had a pool, sauna and hottub. The views from the mountain were spectacular. Would rent again.

We loved it here. The condo was very clean, and we loved the fact that it was ground level, perfect to come back to after a long day of hiking. Very pleased with this unit and hope to stay again some day.
