Este condominio de 11000 pies cuadrados, segundo piso, está DERECHO en la playa; No hay edificios que separen el caribe de la playa. Cuenta con una cama King, una cama Queen y un sofá cama completo. Hay una piscina cubierta y al aire libre con bañera grande en el baño. Hay excelentes vistas en todas las direcciones y se encuentra justo en la arena! Baja y disfruta de la playa y de las actividades.

El balcón enorme tiene una apertura de la sala de estar, de una vista perfecta de una puesta de sol.
Nuestro dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, un armario, dos mesas de noche, y una cómoda, como en casa. Nuestro baño principal se encuentra en el dormitorio principal.
El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo con una bañera de hidromasaje separada, junto con dos tocadores separados.
Nuestra cocina tiene una nevera, microondas, horno, lavavajillas, triturador de basura, fregadero, y un montón de espacio en el mostrador para dar cabida a sus necesidades! Contamos con todos los utensilios de cocina por lo que todo lo que necesitas es tu comida y tu familia hambre! También tenemos una mesa de comedor para seis personas para sentarse y disfrutar!
Nuestra habitación de invitados se cuenta con una cama doble, un armario, mesita de noche, y una cómoda también.
El lavadero se encuentra detrás de las puertas del armario, situados cerca de la cocina de los apartamentos por lo que no tendrá que recordar la tarea mientras se relaja en bellas costas del Golfo! Tenemos una lavadora y secadora, así que no tenemos que ir a una lavandería.
Nuestro apartamento se completa con suelos de baldosas en los baños y cocina, además de suelos de moqueta en la sala de estar y dormitorios.

We loved this condo! First floor corner unit was clean, close enough to the middle of Gulf Shores to go out and eat easily but didn't have so many high rises that the beach was super busy. The unit was clean and just as described, we would stay again!

Attractively decorated and well equipped. Beautiful beach views and easy access by stairs or elevator. Great communication with host. 2 adults, 4 kids and 1 small dog were very comfortable. Only challenge was occasional noise in main bedroom from plumbing and dumpster on parking level. Would recommend and hope to return

We had a wonderful stay; the condo was clean and spacious and we were supplied with everything we needed for the week. The location and parking and ease of access to the beach was so convenient. The only thing I would change would be adding a keypad entry. Other than that, we have no complaints. We are saving this listing and will be back for future vacations.

Perfect for retired couple with Shihtzu. Condo was really nice and Gulf Shores beach was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants close by. Enjoyed laid back community without the crowds. We will be back.

We loved being right on the beach. It was a very pet-friendly location for our two small dogs. When we noticed the blender was missing, Jim dropped off a brand new one the same day. The pools were nice and warm. We really enjoyed it here!

Had a great stay for the most part. Location was great !! The interior of the unit was a bit more worn that we were expecting. . Definitely not gonna not pic the issues. The major issues were with the key to the entry door, you have to jiggle it just right to get it to operate properly, a keypad would solve that issue and make it more user friendly, the second issue was when anyone in the units above flushed the toilet it made a semi loud bang in the wall !! Me being a light sleeper this was very bothersome, so please be aware of this.

The property is okay, walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors clearly. The management didn't warn me they were doing beach dredging during my stay. This is a major job, which operates 24/7. Constant beeping from tractors and lights at night are bright enough to light up a stadium. I had planned this vacation with my 2 brothers and we havent been together at once since our mother passed away. Disappointed is an understatement.

A great location and a clean quiet condo on the beach convenient to all of Gulf Shores attractions.
Even has a small Indoor pool for inclement weather and a good outdoor pool - can even swim laps. Great beach with boardwalk access and a wash station. We always have gone to Destin FL , but it will be Gulf Shores from now on - so much more to do, great beach and friendly polite people everywhere we went! Fabulous!!

When you combine the convenience and comfort of the Condo along with having great friends to spend the week with along with the absolute best weather and water conditions, this week literally couldn’t have gone better. The worst part of this kind of vacation is watching your company leave and knowing you’re leaving shortly too. Thanks so much to Garrett rentals for always being there for us. LOVE GULF SHORES!!!!

When we arrived we found the unit infested with German Roaches. The owner responded quickly when I called and offered to spray the following day. He was unsure if the spray was pet safe. With me having my dog I refused to let him spray. I asked if he had anything else that I didn’t think I could stay in the unit. He had nothing. At this point I was so discouraged and in tears. Jimmy had not offered me any type of refund if I needed to leave. He just kept offering to spray. The following day I purchased pet safe roach spray and cleaning supplies. I spent that day cleaning. Jimmy did send his team to put out roach pads. We had drove 7 hours and I couldn’t find anywhere else to stay. We ended up keeping all of our luggage in black garbage bags and staying in the bedroom and balcony bc roaches were not there yet. I had asked Jimmy if he would be willing to do a discount for us considering the circumstances. He said he would get with mgmt & get back with me. At first he came back with 300.00 I told him I felt 500 was fair and then we agreed on 400. I did mention we may leave late Wednesday evening instead of the normal check out time Thursday am. He did not mention anything about the refund being contingent on me leaving early. I ended up staying bc my daughter didn’t feel well. We left at 7:30 am. After I departed I got a text stating he had changed his mind to 150. I know owner could not control the bugs but he could have kept his word. I will not return here.Worst vacay ever

My 81 yr old mother and I enjoyed our mother daughter get away this past weekend . Condo was very clean . The beds and furniture were comfortable. Pool was clean as were the grounds . I especially like that the boardwalk is a short walk to hit the beach and the water is close unlike condos further to the East . We are looking at dates to book a fall getaway . Thanks so much !
