Historical center - 3 bedrooms apartement
El apartamento está situado en el corazón de Lisboa, en el distrito de Baixa, en el 3er piso sin ascensor. El edificio es un clásico de la arquitectura de Lisboa del siglo XVIII. El interior de 120 metros cuadrados fue completamente renovado en 2015 por un arquitecto, conservando las piezas antiguas que aún están en el apartamento y combinándolo con elementos modernos. Los muebles y la decoración dan un ambiente cálido y confortable. El apartamento incluye un amplio salón, una cocina totalmente equipada, 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Las escaleras del edificio aún no se han renovado, pero se hará pronto.
El apartamento tiene 3. 20 metros de alto techo (10. 5 pies). Muchos elementos son antigüedades como el parquet hecho con madera de Brasil, las puertas, los azulejos hechos a mano y la estructura de madera del edificio resaltada entre la entrada y la sala de estar.

The apartment was lovely. Beautiful wood floors, big windows that let in so much light, and well equipped with all we needed. It was a wonderful place for respite after our daily activities. We were a party of four and there was plenty of room. The apartment was in a great location. Close to everything!
Antonio was very communicative and stayed in constant contact until our arrival. He gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us all amenities and how to use appliances.
We had a great stay and highly recommend this apartment!

My wife and I took our four twenty something kids for a week in Lisbon. Great central location, walk out the door and you are in central Lisbon, great for my wife and I to get dinner and for my kids to walk around in this very safe city. Apartment was great for us it had all we needed for cooking breakfast each morning and dinner a few nights. Antonio was so helpful at check in, very friendly and gave us some great recommendations.

We had an amazing trip to Lisbon. Our accommodations were in an amazing location which allowed us to explore the best Lisbon had to offer. The apartment was clean with plenty of space for the five of us.

Wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood in the center of Lisboa, close to so many places to see, especially for people new to the city. Samuel and Joao were terrific, they even allowed us to leave our bags there while the people were still cleaning up from the previous guests, because out plane arrived at 9:30 a.m. and we didn't want to walk around with our luggage all day, so Joao met us there and we could leave our stuff and then go walk around the city.
Wonderful apartment, great hardwood floors, even had a great espresso maker and coffee. Wonderful experience and Lisboa is a fantastic city to visit!

We enjoyed this beautiful apartment with our 3 adult children. The location was perfect as it was central yet very quiet. The hosts were very accommodating. We even appreciated the stairs to work off many pastel de Nata! The nearby Pingo Doce is great to grab provisions. Definitely will return.

The location was very convenient to everything! We walked to just about everywhere from the apartment. The street was closed to traffic due to construction; this actually kept the noise level down altho we noticed the double pane and shutters provided adequate insulation from street noise.
The property was spacious and adequately met the needs of our family (3 couples and baby). The only minor inconvenience was climbing the four flights of stairs to reach the apartment as there is no elevator… but it helped burn off the calories of all those custard tarts we ate!

Apartment was nice. Kitchen was very well appointed. Very convenient to restaurants and sights. The property guide was very helpful and communication was great. Check-in was easy. A couple things we noticed: en suite bathroom was very small and we were surprised by the lack of mattress pads. We added a second sheet. The area is under renovation so there’s a lot of trash out front, but it should be lovely when it’s done. All in all a nice stay.

My husband and I rented this perfect flat for the month of August and we were really happy with this rental. The flat was super clean, well supplied with everything that we needed and the location could not have been better. But the best part of this experience was the easy communication with the owner and his associates. One thing to note is that this perfect flat is on the third level. We had no issues with the stairs but that’s something to keep in mind. We have rented literally dozens and dozens of apartments over the past 20 years and this flat is near the top of the list. By the way, Lisbon is a gem, a wonderful place to spend a week or a month or more.

This is a very nice vintage spacious place in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere from this location. We were only blocks from the beach. Near major attractions. Very well appointed. Theyaccomodated a longer stay and had mini clean, towels and linens half way through. Cartake responded quickly via Whats App for questions. Will stay here again.

This beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment is steps away from restaurants, stores, public transportation and important sites in Lisbon. The apartment is in the perfect location and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The owner was wonderful to work with, his communication was excellent throughout. We stayed for a week and all of us want to return—to Lisbon and this wonderful apartment.

This is a very charming spacious property with a completely modernized kitchen. The high ceilings gives it a very roomy feel! The location is perfect. Lots of great restaurants, sites to see , bakeries, minimarts and wine markets nearby. The owner of the property has a team of individual who are able to take care of your needs. The pictures are very accurate in the description of the property. Be advised that there are three flights of stairs so
you get your required steps for the day! The master bath is very spacious however the bath attached to the second bedroom is smaller. All in all a great place to spend your days visiting Lisbon!

Great apartment in a great location
Everything about this VRBO was easy, from communicating with Samuel to coordinating access with Joao, to staying there. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, and public transport. Everything was exactly as shown in the online photos. Highly recommend.

Apartment was perfect in a fantastic location
The apartment was great in a perfect location. It was amazingly quiet with fantastic shutters that made it easy to sleep. Sammuel was awesome in answering my questions and let us check in the morning we arrived which made our first day so much easier. Appliances were brand new and the apartment was just perfect!

Plenty of room in this 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Biaxa. Easy to get to Metro, dining, shopping and sights. We had a great time in Lisbon and this is a 5star place. Only thing missing is fans for the street side bedroom.

Perfect location in Lisbon
Thank you for a wonderful stay at your apartment. We enjoyed both the location and the apartment, especially being able to cook and eat meals. The apartment was a short walk from the metro, and we were able to walk to most sites. At the end of the day, we enjoyed unwinding in the living room with the windows wide open. The apartment was exactly what we were expecting and as pictured, and it worked perfectly for our group of 6 - two couples and two kids.

Lovely , spacious apartment in centrally located area of Lisbon. Everyone was great to deal with and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and Fado!! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone...(as long as you are ok with stairs as it is a 4th floor walk up. )

Beautiful apartment in centre of Lisbon
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment. We were a family of 5. Everyone had very comfortable beds. Very clean. A great location to explore Lisbon from. Most sights were within walking distance. There are 2 metro's a very short walk away. However, be advised that there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend.

Terrific location and bright, sunny apartment
We spent 3 nights at this property with our 3 children. The weather was very hot, so the air conditioning was most appreciated! Having a kitchen and dining table was a big plus for our family, as was the central location. We did not rent a car during our time at this rental as it is really unnecessary. You can walk to much of central Lisbon from the apartment, and use Metro or public transit for the rest. The availability of Wifi was great as well. Thank you for letting us enjoy our apartment!

Beautiful apartment downtown Lisbon
Stayed for 3 nights at Samuel's beautiful apartment, which is traditional in character but excellently modernised. The high ceilings make it feel really spacious, and the location is perfect, in the centre of Downton, but with well insulated windows so no noise. You can even see the sea if you lean out of the window! Samuel was an excellent host providing a useful information pack and João who showed us round was friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place and would stay again if I get an opportunity to return to Lisbon!

Great Location and Nice Layout
The apartment is in an old building but ideally located and has 3 nice bedrooms and a good kitchen that has everything you need. The stairs and stairway can be a bit daunting for the very young and old, and there can be a bit of smell from the plumbing/drains, but overall we very much enjoyed our stay in the flat and the service was very good.

Excellent apartment in the heart of historic Lisbon
We were a family of four (two parents, one child, one grandma) and found that this apartment exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos in the listing. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. The living room and dining room are spacious, and the bedrooms very comfortable. It could easily accommodate a larger family or two couples (there are two decent-sized bathrooms). The kitchen is a good size for an urban apartment, and very well-equipped. The apartment building itself is well situated for exploring the city, with many sites (e.g. St. Jorge's Castle, Lisbon Cathedral, museums, etc.) within walking distance. There is also a bakery just up the street, as well as several coffee shops, and the grocery store is a five-minute walk away. We would recommend this apartment to anyone we know visiting Lisbon. The only thing we would note (and this is only because some people may have mobility challenges) is that the apartment is up three flights of stairs, which the senior citizen in our party found challenging.
