Spectacular Views – On Graeagle Creek Across From The Mill Pond
Disfrute de las espectaculares vistas de la Mill Pond y Penman Pico de nuestro pueblo en Graeagle Meadows, justo en Graeagle Creek, un arroyo durante todo el año. Hay algo para todo el mundo aquí - pesca, kayak, paddle, senderismo, golf (5 magníficos campos de 18 hoyos y dos campos de 9 hoyos), ciclismo, ciclismo de montaña, natación, lavado de oro, cata de vinos, una fábrica de cerveza, y habla de guardaparques / fuegos de campamento en el cercano parque de estado de Plumas Eureka. Por otra parte, sólo puede sentarse en la terraza y relajarse con el sonido apacible de la quebrada, viendo el águila pescadora y el águila de vez en cuando cogen su cena en el estanque.
Hemos decorado nuestro hogar en un estilo "contemporáneo rústico". El principal está arriba y tiene una cama Cal King y una magnífica vista de Penman Peak y el estanque del molino. El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama de matrimonio y el cedro "borde vivo" y muebles de pino escarabajo-matanza por encargo por un artesano en Seattle. También hay un dormitorio medio piso de arriba que llamamos la "guarida del oso", que tiene una cama doble con una cama nido-nido debajo. Legalmente es un dormitorio, pero no tiene ventanas y es muy pequeña. Recomendamos esta sala sólo para niños.
La sala de estar, comedor y terraza todos se enfrentan a la charca del molino y Penman Pico. Simplemente no hay lugar mejor para ver los fuegos artificiales sobre el estanque !! La cubierta tiene muebles de exterior cómodo y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro, así que puedes disfrutar de una cena al aire libre en el estanque. Una barbacoa de gas se encuentra en la esquina de la cubierta fuera de la vista.
El salón tiene un cuero reclinables sofá moderno,, gran pantalla plana de alta definición LED TV, reproductor de blue ray, y un escritorio. El comedor tiene una mesa de sauce borde vivo costumbre y con capacidad para seis personas cómodamente. Hay una pequeña pero bien equipada cocina. Los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar con reproductor de iPod.
Hay numerosos restaurantes de la zona para satisfacer a los gourmets y aficionados de "cocinar en casa abajo" por igual. Caminar a la ciudad, que cuenta con varios festivales de la comunidad, degustación de vinos, tiendas pintorescas, una tienda de abarrotes, tiendas de dulces, frosties, etc. En la charca del molino se puede alquilar botes de remo, tablas de paddle y kayaks para jugar en el estanque.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Graeagle Meadows. It was so quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful view off the deck. It was also conveniently located to golf courses,shops, grocry, coffee and the venue, Chalet View Lodge, where we attended pre-wedding and wedding activiites.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family reunion. The unit is great, updated and comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and an outstanding view. We loved spending time on the patio, looking out at the Mill Pond. Because of the 90 degree weather when we were there, we also really appreciated that it has air conditioning! It is a great unit in the Meadows and I would highly recommend it.

I fell in love with this place. The views from the house are amazing, the snow covered trees and the creek are the perfect for a winter getaway. The host went the extra mile and even has a binder with local food spots and hiking locations. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

This is a lovely location, overlooking the Mill Pond in the heart of Graeagle. We went in November when it was quiet, cold and snowy for our 10th Anniversary. We already booked again for next year we loved it so much! It is quiet and comfortable with plenty of space to do the projects we always take with us. Loved that they had installed a Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC system which worked great even at 17 degrees. They got back to us right away to confirm our dates and instructions were so clear that we never had to contact them while we were there. The WiFi is fast and consistent. Kitchen is well-stocked. There wasn't wood for the fireplace, which I understand is very inefficient, so we wouldn't have used it anyway. It would be nice to have an efficient insert or a gas fireplace, but we made due by watching a looping YouTube of a fireplace :-)!

Stayed two nights to check out fall colors in the area. Nice place, in a good location. The view from the upstairs bedroom is magnificent, and also from the living/dining area. Plenty of seating, kitchen items, games, and clear check in check out instructions. Pictures are accurate. I do want to mention to check fees carefully because there is an additional fee per guest per night for any guests over 2 people, even though it is a rental that "Sleeps 5."

The location of this property is outstanding, a quick walk to both Graeagle as well as Graeagle meadows golf course. Super comfy beds and all the luxuries of home. Overlooks a little lake & has an abundance of wildlife that strolls right by your lakefront patio. We completely enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to return.

This was a great quick weekend for us, came for a wedding at 21 Mile House. While our hosts kept us so busy, this condo was a wonderful place to come home to at the end of the day. Super clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The view was wonderful and the pond was wonderful to walk around. Loved the little town as well. Highly recommended.

TRANQUILITY IN PARADISE!
We LOVED staying at your beautiful vacation home. It was clean, well stocked and equipped with all the necessities of home, and then some! Wedding in Graeagle
We had a short two night stay for a wedding at this condo. The view overlooking the pond is so gorgeous! Only glitch was trying to turn on the ac units and tv but with a phone call to the owner all was fixed. We were arriving early and the owner was very nice and let us check in a bit early also.

STUNNING LOCATION
REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The location was beautiful and restful. We came home with hundreds of gorgeous photos of all the lakes in the area, many right off the Gold Lake Highway. Found some beautiful hikes too. Especially enjoyed Frazier Falls and Gray Eagle Creek trails, as well as the walk around Lily Lake. Some of the other trails still snowed in, although it was the end of May.
The apartment was as advertised, although it did need a couple of repairs. The handle of the sink faucet in the upstairs bathroom was about to fall apart, and the outlet in the same bathroom was so old it wouldn't hold a plug. They just kept falling out, so I had to go to the downstairs bathroom to use my blow dryer. I mention these for the property manager.....minor repairs that can easily be fixed. We otherwise enjoyed our stay there. The view from the back patio definitely made up for any inconveniences.
If you are considering a stay in the spring, be advised that many of the restaurants are closed until right before Memorial Day weekend. We did eventually discover the best place in town for breakfast....The Graeagle Meadows golf club restaurant. Menu is limited, but every breakfast we had there was delicious!

A Lovely Retreat
This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It was his wonderful as we had remembered since before covid. Beautiful views from the deck and upstairs bedroom, close to things in the village of Graeagle and a short drive to Lakes Basin recreation area. We will come back, as often as we can. This property is very, very nice. It is extremely clean and very well furnished. The living room furniture is very comfortable and reclines.
The beads are very comfortable and provides a good nights sleep. The heating system is very responsive. You have an unrestricted view of Graegle Mill Pond from the master bedroom and the downstairs living area..

Perfect Vacation Home!
The hosts, Steve and Debbie were wonderful and always returned my messages right away. Their home was perfect for us celebrating the wedding of my son at the Corner Barn only a few minutes away! The view was spectacular overlooking the pond and we were greeted the morning of the wedding by a family of deers. Graeagle is a hidden gem and I will always remember how friendly everyone was. If you are looking for a home to stay at this is the one!

The condo was in a wonderful neighborhood & was just as described. Place was well stocked & clean making it very easy to cook meals & feel comfortable just hanging out. The view is amazing & relaxing. Lots of ducks & deer to watch!! Communication with owner was quite easy & friendly. We loved our stay & if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to rent here again!! Thank you opening up your house & sharing your lovely place with others!!

The deer came around routinely as did the covey of Quail ,
so many birds , and the misty pond in the early AM was very
ethereal. The Migrating Geese flew in each Evening and
were a little noisy.
A very meditatve and peaceful way to spend 5 days.

Wonderful Getaway.
What a treat to wake up in the morning to a beautiful view of the mill pond. We loved our stay. The home was well equipped and in a perfect location to walk into town or take day trips to the surrounding lakes and hiking areas. We definitely hope to make a return visit.
