As a STR owner myself, I was extremely pleased with everything about this beautiful place on earth. This condo is so well thought out with every little detail to make our stay ultra comfortable. I'm a tech guy and really appreciated all of the technology (USB/AC outlets everywhere/power shades/smart TVs/high-end fans and Air Conditioning) and my family loved the cleanliness and luxurious features and finishes. The view is absolutely perfect for watching turtles and gorgeous sunsets. The location to excellent shops and restaurants just across the street is perfect. We consider ourselves blessed to have stayed in this piece of paradise. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family! We hope to come back someday.

We rented this condo in early April 2024 and were so impressed. The condo is extremely clean and organized, with everything you could think of. It was out first time in Maui, and the views were incredible! We loved hanging out on the balcony, watching the whale spouts and the sea turtles in the rocks below. It is right next to a beautiful beach, where we spent hours swimming and snorkeling with the turtles. We will absolutely stay in this condo again when we come back to Maui!

We have stayed in many units in this building and this one is nice except for the following.
The suggestion we have is to request that the kitchen be cleaned of excess dishes, glasses, oversized coffee cups, pots, pans, and utensils so your guests have room for food storage.
In a unit that sleeps 4, do you need 14 double sized coffee cups, 40+ dinner plates, 40+ salad plates, 10-15 salad bowls, 6 large water pitchers, 3 or 4 of every known kitchen utensil on the planet? Every cabinet or drawer is overstuffed with enough to fill 3-4 condo kitchens.
For food storage there is 1 small 6" x 30" hard to open cabinet between the refer and kitchen wall..
We had to store dry goods in the oven because there was no room for storage in the cabinets.
Additionally, it's nice to have all the beach toys and chairs, but, if a 4 people don't need them all, there is so much stuffed into the closets, there isn't enough room for clothes.
Hopefully, someone will examine this place and clean it out!

The kitchen has every detail handled. Good bed and nice linens. The unit is truly ocean front. Roof top pavilion is perfect for sunsets. The management staff was very responsive and courteous. We recently stayed at RM 410 for a second time and found we were just as pleased with our experience as first time around. The unit is nicely decorated and well supplied and the waterfront view is spectacular. On top of that, the Royal Mauian is in a great location between 2 lovely beaches and close to restaurants and stores. Looking forward to our next stay!

The condo is in a perfect place; idyllic surroundings that meet a convenient town. The condo itself is of a high standard, with every possible amenity available to you. The rooms are spacious, and well decorated; the beds are incredibly comfortable and the lanai has a perfect vantage point looking out over the Pacific that is simply breathtaking. This condo is the new standard of high quality. We loved every minute being there, and if you book it, you will too.
There are restaurants, bars, and even a fantastic coffee/smoothie/shaved, ice hut directly opposite. There are restaurants, general stores and souvenir shops or within a short walk.
The rental company, Rentals Maui, were simply brilliant. From booking right through to during our stay, they were on hand and available. Just before you arrive, you’ll get access to an app that has all of your accommodation details therein. It is such a handy way of organising your stay with the condo. A brilliant idea!

The location of this place is amazing! Plenty places to eat and shop; and best of all, my family and I enjoyed walking to the beach every single day.
The condo is very beautiful, clean, and well taken care of with a wonderful view and sound of the soothing waves crashing on the rocks. I definitely recommend this place.
A small but manageable con, the dryer in this condo takes a long time to dry clothes/towels, so I recommend washing small piles.
Overall, you will leave missing this place :)

We have rented many times at the Royal Mauian for its ocean view lanais and location in Kehei. U can walk to almost everywhere in the beach front areas. This condo is wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Will definitely come again as I would love to see the whales someday!

We had a great vacation at the Royal Mauian suite 410 Apr 15-30, 2023. The suite was immaculately clean and has been renovated to a high level of comfort and convenience. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The suite is well stocked with everything you need for meals, going to the beach or just relaxing on the Lanai taking in the breathtaking views. The grounds and common areas of the complex are immaculately maintained. We especially enjoyed the roof top barbeque area grilling some exotic Hawaiian seafood while experiencing great views particularly at sunset. Our days started with breakfast on the Lanai followed by time on either Kamaole beach 2 or 3 or exploring other beaches on the island. Our afternoons were full of adventure exploring the upcountry at Oceans Organic Distillery, the Lavender farm and our favorite place in the world, Maui Wines at Ulupalakua Ranch. We went for a morning Molokini snorkel trip from the Kihei boat launch, rented Mopeds from 808 rides and really enjoyed walking through the shops at Wailea. We had great meals at Tommy Bahamas, our favorite place, Coconuts just across the street for lunch and Penny's Pizza, Nalu's and Casanovas in Makawao. We will definitely return to the Royal Mauian next year and the year after that. I would like to thank the owner of the suite, 410 along with Rentals Maui for ensuring we had a worry free vacation.

This is a great unit and amazing view.; turtles every day. The unit was well equipped and clean. Just a couple minor issues: 1) For my wife and I the bed was too soft (this may just be us though) 2) The dryer is very slow, make sure to clean filters to help 3) We got our door code from the property manager, but no other codes needed. It was not on the original email with the door code. None of these are major issues, just a note. We would definitely say this is a great property to stay at.

Beautiful condo, fully upgraded, includes all the amenities a family of 4 would need. We had rented a 6th floor unit in this building a few years ago, but it did not compare to the quality and luxurious feel of this unit. Location is A+ in South Kihei; walking distance to stores and restaurants, and just steps away from the beach. We could never grow tired of lounging on the lanai with that ocean view!

My husband and I have been staying in Maui condos for over 20 years. Aside from the fantastic view, this is the nicest furnished, cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. In addition to the quality of furniture, the amenities of beach chairs, towels, skim board and boogie boards were well beyond what we expected and will ensure our future visits to Maui include this condo. Absolutely amazing experience
We spent a week at the property in June and had an amazing time. Everything is so well thought out and the apartment is well equipped. Best vacation we’ve ever had. Loved hearing the ocean waves from the lanai and proximity to the beach. What a dream this place is!

Perfect location!
The condo is beautifully decorated and it was spotless. We had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, boogey boards and umbrella. The beds are comfortable. It was nice to have an air conditioning unit in each room with their own controls. The sunsets on the lanai were enjoyed every night. The roof-top patio is a great option for bbqing. The snorkeling right out the back was great. So nice to have the pool on the ocean side. The building and grounds are well maintained. So nice to have a beach on either side of the building to access. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check-in was seamless and the rental company was very friendly and accommodating.

Great condo in wonderful location and very well equipped!
We loved the lanai and the views and the updated condition is wonderful. Very well equipped kitchen and the roof top grills were great. The only small issues were a toaster that needs to be replaced and bath rugs that could stand to be washed. Comfy beds!

Luxurious and fully equipped
This was our fourth time to the Royal Mauian and by far the nicest and best equipped unit we have stayed at. The renovations are well thought out with almost every detail considered. We would not hesitate to recommend unit 410 to anyone. The management company was well organized and very helpful.

Awesome Location
Probably is just beautiful. 3rd time staying at Royal Mauian bit first time in 410. Just as pictured. Master bed sooooo comfortable. The whole unit is perfect. If we get lucky enough to come again I’m hoping to rent the unit again. And the view… awesome sunsets!!!
