Billy and Maria are great hosts and their property is beautiful. We had a great time in Rincon!

Let me start off by saying the pictures do not do this place justice. The house was absolutley amazing. Spectacular views from the property, the pool was amazing we woke up with a do in it every morning and right before bed. Very spacious way more then we needed. The host Billy and Maria were very welcoming. They brought us mangos grown on the property and helped us find some amazing restaurants. Location was fabulous close to the beaches but not too close for the amazing privacy. Thank you all for having us we will be back.

We were originally planning to stay closer to the beach but a friend said the added distance and price to stay here would be worth it and he was right. The view and pool are amazing. Billy and Maria were friendly and welcoming. We ate mangos right of the tree. My kids chased lizards. We came during a record high heat and the AC is only in the bedrooms so the middle of the house was warm but nothing a dip in the pool or mid day siesta couldn't fix. Internet signal was strong of that's a concern. They ask that you not flush paper to the septic which was an adjustment for our kids but we learned to use the bidet. Overall the property is great and we plan to stay again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous, spacious and perfect, both inside and out! Four adults and two little girls had the time of our lives here! The outside areas and pool are lovely and pristine, and the views are beautiful and endless! The house is equipped with everything you may need, and not too far away from town. We are already planning to stay here again when we return to PR next year!

We had a lovely time in Rincon. This property is beautiful with gorgeous vistas of the coast. Sits on a hill overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, sunsets, easy driving distance to beaches along the western side of the island and towns in the mountains. Well equipped with easy check in and check out. Billy and Maria are very friendly and accommodating hosts who take great care of their stunning property with very quick and easy driving access to the town of Rincon.

We loved this property! There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out, the owners are very nice and the neighborhood is very safe. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first time in Puerto Rico.

We had an amazing, relaxing, fun week-long stay that exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect base camp for our family of 4 (two adults and two boys, ages 5 and 9) while we explored Puerto Rico, although leaving the house was always difficult as it was so peaceful. It was our own little slice of heaven perched on a hill for the week! The private location was both a quick trip to downtown Rincon and super easy to head out of town to explore other beaches, waterfalls, and mangroves. We thoroughly enjoyed the ample outdoor spaces and were able to eat every meal outside. The kids were constantly in the clean and fabulous saltwater pool and jacuzzi, and we all enjoyed the views and grounds around the home. Billy was super helpful and available if needed via text, and he even delivered us a fresh bunch of plantains grown on the property for us to have with dinner one night! There was also a full bag of coffee for us upon our arrival as well, a nice touch! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed; all the kitchen/meal prep needs, access to a washing machine (bonus since we were traveling with kids!), beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers which were all super helpful for our outings. The interior of the home was also spacious, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable - our family felt at ease and at home during our stay. We had considered many other rental properties in PR for our trip but feel like we struck gold with this special spot! Believe all of the reviews and the photos because they are real... but prepared to have your expectations blown out of the water! We look forward to coming back to Casa Rincon Vista again in the future! Thank you Billy & Maria!

My wife and I booked this property for our honeymoon less than a month before the wedding. Billy was so accommodating!! When we pulled up, we were blown away by just how GORGEOUS the view and the property were! The owners even had music playing for us! It was such a thoughtful and nice touch! This property is tucked away on a hilltop overlooking Rincon and the ocean. Everything you needed was just a quick 5-minute drive down to the town. We went ready to explore, but once we were at the house, we hardly left! The pool was so clean, and the pool deck was a perfect place to get some sun and during the rainy afternoons, and the hammock on the terrace made a nice spot to read or nap! All the windows and doors open up, so you always have a nice breeze!! During our stay, a transformer caught on fire at the largest power station on the island and half of Puerto Rico was without power. I can honestly tell you we hardly noticed. The owners were awesome about making sure to run their generator to help charge devices or run ceiling fans/AC at night. This is one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. We only stayed a week, but I am telling the truth when I say we would have stayed forever.

Simply amazing. It is so rare to use VRBO and actually have a property surpass one's expectations, but this home certainly did. The location was perfect, in the hills but a short drive to everything. The pool was the perfect temperature and we loved coming back from a busy beach day to enjoy it. The rooms were large and airy and we didn't need the air conditioning at all, other than late at night. the views from the home are even better than the pictures. the kitchen was well stocked and we cooked at home almost daily but also were able to enjoy some of Rincon's best restaurants. Billy and Maria are accommodating hosts and made us feel right at home. I can't want to go back!

One should not hesitate to book this beautiful home. All the amenities are available here, from beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. Maria and Billy's warm hospitality and friendliness made this vacation memorable.

We have stayed at a lot of rental properties and this is hands down the best we have ever stayed in. It was EXTREMELY clean, incredible attention to detail, and meticulous grounds. It was like our our private resort! The owners are equally fabulous - responding quickly to inquiries - at the same time not intrusive in anyway. Absolute perfect place to stay!

My husband and I spent 8 magical days at Billy and Maria's property. It's the perfect place to escape life and just breathe. The house itself it thoughtfully curated with everything you need for your stay--well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. The ample and varied outdoor seating--from a hammock to lounge chairs to two outdoor seatings allowed us to enjoy the views from a range of places and experiences (meals, cocktails at sunset, coffee in the morning). And those sunsets--not to be missed. I rarely stay in the same place again since there are so many places to see in the world, but I wouldn't hesitate to return here, especially when I am looking to escape and relax!

This space is so beautiful! Billy and Maria have gone out of there way to create an oasis away from the world! The house has such great energy and good vibes! Sunset every night… the stars above you are like dancing crystals in the sky!!! Minutes from town, the beach, great places to eat, and dance!! The pool is amazing and clean and the grounds well kept!! Great Hosts!! Kudos to Billy and Maria!! This is a stay you won’t forget!!

This was a great experience. The house was amazing and Billy very attentive. The kids loved the poor and my wife the garden. The views are spectacular. You are withing 5 to 10 mins of gas station, groceries, pharmacy and food options. The house had everything you need except food. I would definitely recommend this place and even stay here again.

My family stayed in this property for a weeks time. Billy and Maria were everything we could ask for. One day, we went to the beach and Billy had everything we needed. The pool was always clean, the views were amazing and the coffee was to die for. We are trying to figure out how soon we can return. This was worth every cent!
