The condo was as advertised and literally feet away from the beach. The pool was well heated even though it was chilly outside and very clean. The view is perfect and the condo was more spacious than I thought it would be with the second bedroom on the other side of the condo for privacy if you go with another couple or kids.

It was just the right size for our family of four. We loved being able to open the door at night and hear the waves and be so close to the beach. Shelling was awesome! Had everything we needed and would definitely recommend to others! Owner was very nice and helpful too!

The condo is decorated nicely, The size of the patio is large enough to accommodate 6 people to play games on a large enough table. Stores are close and cooking is easy. The pool area is very clean and just a very short distance to the beach. My second time renting here and I'll be back.

The condo was very clean. It was very nice and convenient to everything. The balcony was amazing and it was cool to watch the dolphins every morning. Ricky was a great host and even checked to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo
My daughter, her two small children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Going to the beach and the pool was very convenient. The condo had everything you could possibly need. I would definitely stay again! The only problem is that we didn't stay long enough!

My husband and I stayed at this place. The house was clean but the sheets felt old and not in a great shape.
This condo has most of the amenities you would need. We had to go get shampoo and conditioner because they didn't have any.
The property manager was very nice and cooperative.

Condo with a terrific view
We had a great stay at Ricky's condo over our spring break! Condo was clean, decorated nicely, perfect location. We could watch the dolphins from our balcony every morning. The day it rained, there were plenty of games and books for my 6 and 10 year old. Fully stocked kitchen with a little grocery store 2 blocks away if needed. Beautiful views and beaches!

Great little getaway
We had a wonderful time for the weekend at Gulf Shores. The condo was just the right size for our family of 4. Beach chairs and umbrellas to rent was a nice perk. Kids enjoyed the pool too but mostly spent all day on the beach. Had Crico’s Pizza delivered one night and it was delish.

From booking to checkout, this was a great experience! Ricky was quick to answer any questions and made sure everything was right when we arrived. Easy access to the pool & beach, beautiful view, and pretty much anything we could need in the kitchen. We loved our time away here and absolutely plan to return next year!

Girls Beach Trip
I was pleasantly surprised by condo 2304. It was very clean, well stocked with blankets, kitchen ware, everything you need to start your vacation. The decor was very nice and well kept. The balcony was big with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach. I will stay there again next year!

Beautiful balcony view
The place was great. About a mile away from shops and restaurants. Beautiful beach and 3rd floor ocean view. Beds were comfy. Balcony, nice and large. Only complaint was the frig could have used an ice maker. There were a couple ice cube trays full but the ice tasted bad. The garage had a credit card operated ice machine so we just got our ice from there. All in all, a great place and good value!

This property exceeded our expectations! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the condo was spotless, everything we could have possibly needed was there. Our trip consisted of my husband, myself, our 3 daughters (6, 13, 20) as well as our son-in-law. The condo was spacious with plenty of storage under the beds for our empty luggage & plenty of drawer space to place our clothing. Everything was so clean, neat & tidy upon our arrival. The location was perfect to as you are just a few minutes from attractions, restaurants & shopping. I really loved how security was always close by, it gave me peace of mind. Everyone we met was very friendly, and the beach is the cleanest I have ever seen. This property & location is perfect for families & kids. Communication with the owner was very pleasant, wonderful person to work with. The only complaint I have is we couldn't stay forever! Cannot wait to come visit again & stay at this same condo!

Clean and right on the beach
The building number was part of the condo number so that was a little confusing. Lobby signage was contradictory to our given instructions but not a big deal. Attention was paid to small details and everything you might want is there. Most comfortable sheets i have had in a rental.

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and everything was as advertised. Kitchen is small but extremely well stocked, had everything we needed. Only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the bed in the master bedroom is not strictly a king, it's two twins put together with a bed bridge. Twins are 75 inches long whereas a true king is 80 inches long. My feet hung off the end of the bed. Still it was quite comfortable and I slept pretty well on it. Not an issue at all if you're under 6 foot. We wouldn't hesitate a second to stay here again. Spent a lot of time sitting out on the big nice balcony and enjoying the view!
