Estoy alquilando mi hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en una ubicación privilegiada en Laguna Beach. Algunos detalles:
- 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, 2 pisos
- Remodelada cocina de última generación con mucho espacio de encimera / cocina para comer y cocinar y completamente equipada con suministros de cocina y alimentos básicos..
- Área de comedor con capacidad para 6
- Sala con chimenea de gas
- 2 dormitorios en planta alta. ¡1 tiene vista al jardín (despierta mirando el tranquilo jardín) y 1 tiene vista al mar (acuéstate mientras miras la puesta de sol)!
- El dormitorio de abajo tiene su propia chimenea de gas con estilo y baño propio, patio privado al aire libre con vista al mar. Se siente como una habitación de estudio separada.
- Jardín privado y tranquilo con pozo de fuego, fuente de agua y hermosos paisajes.
- Gran cubierta envolvente con amplias vistas del océano y la puesta del sol. ¡Puedes ver la isla Catalina!
- Amplio garaje para 2 autos con lavandería
- Toda la casa está amueblada con muebles modernos de mediados de siglo, muy limpios, actualizados y privados.
- A 1 cuadra de la playa (Sleepy Hollow, Thalia), a 1 cuadra de Laguna Village, a pocos pasos de Main Beach y del centro. ¡Estás en el corazón de Laguna con una ubicación inmejorable! Podrías dejar el auto atrás y caminar a donde necesites.
- Estás justo al lado de supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas, playas y ciudad.
Estoy buscando un inquilino o familia para alquilar esta casa amueblada por un mínimo de 3 noches. Soy flexible con alquileres a largo plazo también.
Es una hermosa casa, rodeada de ventanas y tragaluces, llena de luz natural, pisos de madera de abedul blanco teñido, jardín privado a un lado y el Océano Pacífico al otro. Puedes ver la puesta de sol desde tu propia casa mientras la chimenea está encendida. Es un diseño hermoso y disfrutarás de muebles y detalles de diseño cuidadosamente seleccionados.

Lovely property with a fantastic water view! Our family enjoyed a week-long beach vacation and the location was perfect - short walk to the beach and to the town of Laguna Beach. Plenty of family friendly restaurants and activities. Margot was a great host!

The house was a great layout with all the usual amenities. I was surprised at the condition of the house. The floors were severely worn, walls were scuffed, the outdoor furniture was all stained and rusted. The outside seating areas were dirty upon arrival. The view was nice but there is an apartment building next door that had a lot of people coming in and out that looked a bit unsafe. Location was walking distance to most things which was nice.

The property is gorgeous and in a great location within walking distance to everything. So many amenities in the house, including beach chairs ! Margo was really great in communication and understanding of our needs. Thanks for making the wedding weekend amazing !

The property was just as described, clean and well taken care of. The host and her father were very friendly and great with communicating via text and email. The location is a short walk to shops and restaurants on PCH and a little further to the main beach. You can see PCH and the ocean from the front patio and the rear patio is lush with vegetation and feels secluded and quiet. We had a great time.

The home was beautiful and perfectly appointed. We had a very comfortable stay and loved the gorgeous deck. Margo was super responsive to all our questions. Only downside was some drilling on the property next door on our first day, but there wasn’t any more the rest of the weekend. Would definitely return!

Margo is very nice. The issues were the construction site across the street, the lack of towels, the blow dryer did not work and the steamer. It was a nice place but in my opinion a little pricy for what we got.

We had a lovely time. The location is very walkable to the beach - a trek that we made daily - and also close to the Ralph's. On the negative side, while the house is at the end of a dead end street which limits the amount of traffic but it is also next to the Holiday Inn and an apartment building so there it isn't scenic. They have done a great job of turning the backyard into a small oasis which does give some privacy and I felt very serene doing yoga next to the fountain. The kitchen is well stocked for just about anything that you would want to cook. All in all a great week!

Beautiful home less than 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to town. We enjoyed nightly dinners on the deck with fantastic views of the ocean, the views are even better than the pictures show. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and peaceful evenings after a day at the beach.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home & enjoyed our stay tremendously. The layout of the home maximizes light & ocean views. Walking distance to several beaches including the main beach & lots of eateries. Driving distance to the most coveted beaches. Most importantly, the owner was available & super responsive whenever we needed her. Would love to stay there again.

We had a fantastic trip to Laguna Beach. The house was in a great location-close to shops, restaurants and the beaches plus a parking spot. The house had all the amenities that we needed and it was nicely furnished and clean. We would highly recommend it.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very conveniently located near the grocery store, the beach, boutique shops and restaurants. All only a short walk away. The sunsets that we were able to experience from the balcony and dining area were spectacular. The garage is nice and spacious and easily fitted our large SUV. Margo was a lovely host and had excellent communication. We would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay! First, the property owner was very communicative and accommodating upon booking. She met us and gave us a tour and even a bottle of wine to start our vacation off! The apartment is gorgeous with a mid century vibe and very clean. The sunset views from the balcony were breathtaking and the garden water feature was a lovely sound to fall asleep to. The location of this rental cannot be beat! You are one block away from the Main Street of Laguna where there are plenty of art galleries, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. You never need to get into your car. Would definitely recommend this to friends and will book again if in the area.
