wifi, semi equipped for cooking and heat up food, good space for sitting for having meals, two air conditioned.

flooding in showers, no bath towels/ mat, draining was bad, crawled on bed as no space at the end of the bed, no daily service make up bed, swimming pool indoors water was too cold for swimming.

the quality of swimming pool exceeds my expectation. It is long enough and the water is very clean.

I can forgive a lot, but failing to provide toilet paper in the room crosses is beyond just bad.

Will do just fine as a Hotel close to the airport. Clean room.

The room did not have any windows although the website said otherwise.

I liked the size of the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even though they speak very little/ no English.

The wifi only connects to two devices, and is slow. Not ideal for remote workers Location is 30 mins from the centre so it’s a little far The hotel cleaned our room ONCE in the entire week we stayed there only because I requested it. When I asked about it, they said I had to request cleaning at reception when we wanted it, same for the free water everyday— which we never got. So they would have let us go an entire week with dirty towels and an overflowing bin if I didn’t say something, which was strange. I thought given the price we booked for the hotel they would make the beds daily / empty the bins / clean every couple of days! But no...

Close to airport

The room was dirty The pool was a icy cold, like not refreshing just extremely cold. There was no food option in the hotel and the staff English at the time we were there was very poor and they could explain to us where to get food. They charged us a different price than the price of the booking (extra $20)

Noise from other rooms we had a early start to the airport but no one at reception to give back passport and was in darkness had to ring hotel to get receptionist don't need this when checking out and catching a flight .

staff is lier and people are thief and dishonest so dont trust them keep all money and must check what amanites they add because later they make bill without using things ... and make sure what securities you provide staff sometimes even disagree we give any securities.... and some staff ask for loan money and 1 run away from me took 12 million management not take responsibilities , so be careful

The front counter staffs are very courteous and friendly.

The wifi was not stable and laggy. Facilities not well maintained.

Spacious room, clean, there was a small bedbug but that's alright. Average kitchen facilities, ok for a quick meal. Fast elevators, there's an indoor gym & pool. Good location. not so smart TV but there's a FPT Playbox took some time to setup but it works

Bad room design, you can't watch TV from the bed, I have to move the TV into the cabinet and the power cords too short so basically it's hard to watch TV. During my stay the hotel was renovating, but 7AM on Sunday morning is no good for drilling walls. The room is not very sound proof, I can still hear everything in the hall way. Cost a bit to upgrade to a window room, but the window basically a wall, so don't waste your money for a window.

the kitchen was having lots of leftovers and bad smell. the bathroom was not clean and smelly. The soundproof was not good.

Near main road and airport

Easy noise by near room and walk way and understand​ that they are renovation floor but why they doing in the night ?? Connot sleep
