This is the second time we booked a Triple Room (303) with a water heater that isn't working. In the previous room (301) that we booked last Feb. 2021, the heater wasn't working either. It's really a disappointment when you're expecting hot water and you aren't getting any, especially in the wee hours when the room is cold.

The location is along the main road which has easy access to PUV. Laundry shop and other mini stores are available in the neighborhood. They have a diner-cafe that is open 24/7, which serves your breakfast with option of dine in or room service. All staff are accommodating.

The room where we stayed has colony of black ants crossing the room floor area to-from the toilet and the windowsill...everyday. It has no extra power outlet for phone charging. No electic kettle should you need hot water anytime.

What I love about this property is the fact that they have their own 24/7 restaurant which is very convenient for a solo traveler like me who is out most of the time. They even prepared my free breakfast by 3AM as I need to meet the joiner van going to Gigantes island for a day tour. All staffs including security guard are very nice and accommodating answering all my questions how to roam around the city via local transport. I’ve even got a pleasant talk with Kuya guard as he used to work in Manila and know my town. Although I’ve experienced a small issue with my Wi-fi (I’m staying at 5th flr.) which was resolved quickly after a technical reboot. They also have a family room to accommodate big groups so I think this hotel can cater different types of group. Before I forgot, my room was upgraded to double deluxe without any charge so I am very happy with that. Thank you!

However, the location is one ride from the city center, so if you prefer a more quiet place after a long day without spending too much time going to the city attractions, I recommend this hotel. But if you are someone who wants to stay just within the city center, maybe downtown area suits you better.

Hotel staff are nice and helpful, breakfast was good, location is accessible.

Clean and comfy room, bed, sheets, CR. Competent staff. Well run. 24hr cafe on ground floor filled with studious students eating nachos and coffee. Machine Laundry next door.

I like the amenities of the hotel. It exceeds my expectations. The breakfast served is really good.
