This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and will definitely be booking again . Beautiful apartment, overlooking the harbour. Loved watching the sunset on an evening from the balcony. Ideal base to tour around the lake district.

Beautiful apartment, well kitted out clean and comfortable. Found a great pub/diner The Vagabond close by worth visiting. We will be booking to go again later this year.

Minor downside is the parking, electric gates are a faff and very limited space in the underground car park.

Beautiful apartment, with a great view. Very well equipped kitchen, we had a lovely stay and hope to be back!

I personally found the bed in the en suite uncomfortable - but that's just my preference, it was too soft for my husband and myself and we found ourselves rolling together into the middle. However, everything else is superb in this property, so this would not prevent me from returning in the future fort another short break as everything else out-weighs the mattress issue.

The apartment is beautiful and tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfy. And the view is just wonderful.

Beautiful apartment in the most gorgeous place. The picture windows allow for people and harbour watching, at all times of the day. Whitehaven is a charming Victorian town, rich in history and also a great base for discovering the Western Lakes. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable beds. Everything is supplied to make for a very comfortable stay. The added opportunity to have onsite parking is a super bonus.

There really was nothing to complain about

Very spacious living area, the view over the harbour was spectacular. We were there in winter and the under floor heating really made a difference :)

with it being soooo cold the underfloor heating wasn’t the most responsive.

This was our second stay in this lovely, comfortable flat. Beautiful views, lovely location on the prom.

Excellent location, great communication and comfy beds

the view is stunning and so peaceful to just sit and relax, taking in the scenery. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms spotlessly clean.

a very small issue with the heating and hot water which was out with the owners control. The owner rectified the situation immediately and ensured we were all sorted and comfortable. excellent customer service.

Location was great, watching the sunset over the harbour was lush. The flat itself was really spacious, well supplied with good quality showers. Owner was also very quick to answer queries.

The mattress and pillows weren't the comfiest, but we like ours firm so that may be personal taste. And only other thing was not being warned about the Thursday fire alarm test for the block. Would be good to have a clear note in the flat so future guests don't panic.

The balcony and view are amazing , found it hard to move from staring out the window ! The flat was very cosy and quiet. In the hall there is a huge selection of books and dvds for days that you want to just chill and relax . The kitchen was open plan into the living room and had everything you could need. Whitehaven harbour has a few lovely bars and the food is very nice in the one directly below the flat. The beach is just up the road, it’s small but absolutely beautiful. We would not hesitate to return and hope to book again next summer.
