Beth was fast at communicating through text and provided good instructions of the house. The renters guide is a little out of date and mentioned there is a surround system outside, however it's not working. A small portable speaker is provided. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. All the rooms are spacious. The room with the twin beds has a smaller TV and you can't see it due to the headboard but was not a deal breaker. The beds are very comfortable. We did think the office room would have made a better addition as being a small hang out room or another bedroom since most people probably don't want to work on vacation (we stayed away from this area =) ). The pool was awesome and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out in and there are many inflatables available as well as towels. The pool did tend to get dirty fast for us as there were many bugs flying in it. The pool cleaner did come on our 6th day, but it did not appear much cleaner when they were done. I think with less trees around the back yard, it may help reduce the amount of things flying into it. However, we made the best of it and used the net. The spa worked great and didn't take long to get hot. We had a great time relaxing in it. We did believe the pool house would have been a nice addition to have access to as it was a big building and would have been a nice spot for a pool table & bar area but it was closed off for access. This property is so lovely and the responsiveness of the host is incredible. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want for cooking and preparing proper meals and the pool area has every amenity. The house even provides everything you need to take the beach (the only teeny thing that I could say that is negative is that it is a bit of a hike to the beach). But honestly, with the property as it is, why even leave?!!? Thank you so much for everything

Beth was an amazing host. Communication was excellent. Location was perfect for the beach stores parks and activities. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Spent most time there when we were not at the ocean or adventures. Played cards outside every night. Very peaceful. Definitely recommend. Perfect for families with little kids. Ours were 8 months to seven. Thank you Beth for hosting.

The check in process was easy with the owner and with many folks coming from different destinations, it worked well. The location worked out well as well for our family. The owner was very responsive up to the point of our arrival and responded generically after our departure. She did not respond to inquiries while we were at the home when the pool was not working correctly. Many of the amenities worked, but some did not. Also, the renters guide is out of date. There were instructions for a speaker system in the book that was no longer set up. Additionally, there was an old camera system that was unplugged and cables hanging around it and most importantly the pool/spa heater was not functioning. The ice machine in the kitchen was broken, but the owner put in a temporary one in the laundry room which was good. The flat top griddle outside had not been cleaned by the prior renter so we had to scour it and the bbq is rusty and needs to be replaced. There was a lot of stuff in the garage including roof shingles and cans of paint and with a set of stairs in the garage, you can use 1 bay. Beds were comfortable, but not all the bedrooms had bedside tables which would have been helpful. The check out process was a bit confusing as the book says to strip the bed linens and the exit email says not to. Overall, the property wasn't bad, but needs a really good deep cleaning and a run through of the amenities to make sure everything is in good working order.

Our family traveled to Naples for our son's wedding. From the moment we walked into the home, it was apparent we made the right decision. Some vacation rentals have the bare minimum when it comes to kitchen and other miscellaneous supplies and amenities. This home had everything! Anything we needed or forgot to bring was readily available. The home and pool area was spacious and beautiful. There was plenty of interior room for our family to spread out and enjoy privacy when we needed it. It quickly became our second home. We had a small gathering after the wedding. Our extended family and friends were totally impressed. They enjoyed the ample seating in the covered and outdoor areas by the pool. We all appreciated the beautiful spa that served as a place to relax during a stressful wedding week. Finally, Beth was a fantastic host. She was very accessible and provided a level of service that you find at the nicest hotels. Our family will absolutely stay at this home again when we visit Naples. I highly recommend it to others.

Overall, our stay at this property was pretty good. We enjoyed the pool and outside area. The master bedroom is very spacious and upstairs had enough room for the rest of our family. However, this is very clearly a rental property. There is so much excess clutter around the house from previous guests and the owner. I definitely suggest that the owner cleans out a lot of the extra things (gingerbread house kits, birthday balloons, junk drawers). Additionally, some of the appliances were lacking. Only the left side of the toaster worked, the nugget ice machine (there to replace the other broken ice machine) made the most awful screeching noise and sounded like the motor was dying on it. There were no sheet pans to use in the oven. The blackstone outside is falling apart. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was yellowed and chipping off. One of the king mattresses upstairs should be replaced as it dips significantly from people sleeping on it, which is not comfortable. Also, in the pool/spa area, there are many missing tiles which makes a sharp edge. A few of our guests cut themselves on the pool edge and I highly suggest this to be fixed. There are definitely improvements to be made to make this feel like a luxurious Naples rental property. Ditch most of the clutter, clean the garage, replace the plastic size hangers with real hangers in the closet, etc. Overall, it’s a nice property with a great host, but could use some TLC to bring it back up to its highest potential.

This property was beautiful and the perfect spot for our family to gather and enjoy the resort style grounds, with a hot tub, pool, sun shelf, in pool table / seating plus fire pit area and large screened patio and outdoor kitchen. It was spacious, bright clean and modern and convenient to the places we had planned to go for the week This home became a part of our special memories, filled with love, laughter, and joy for which we are grateful.

It was a family trip celebrating a 50th Wedding Anniversary. The house was beautiful and clean. Its location was close to all the amenities. We would defiantly rent this house agian from Beth.

My mother turned 95 during our stay in Naples. She lives there and my family came down to wish her a Happy Birthday. We range from 5 to 75 so this house was perfect for a quiet but lovely celebration. My grandchildren and children in their 40's enjoyed the pool. There is lots to do in Naples so even though it was hot we had a wonderful week! Beth was very thoughtful and a great host!

The tropical, private backyard made for such a relaxing, fun getaway with our family! So much time spent on the screened porch, and when we headed indoors, the family room provided comfortable seating for everyone! Beds were comfy too. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet surprisingly close to everything. We had all we needed to just hunker down and enjoy our time at the house.

We Had the best time ever. The plave was lije being at a resort in the island. The head host Beth thank you, thank you you were very professional, understanding n and very helpfulvwhen needed. I will RECOMMEND THIS PKACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR NICE ISLAND VIBE.

This is a beautiful, well kept home. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to all the gulf beaches.

We came to Florida for a girls trip. This house was amazing. We had so much fun. There is so much room for so many people. There was only 3 of us so we stayed very comfortable. The pool was definitely the highlight. And having breakfast and dinners on screened in porch was a plus. Beth was a Rockstar since the beginning. Very attentive if you have questions. Our week long vacation with our son, daughter-in-law and their 2 year old twins couldn’t have been more perfect. The property was conveniently located for a short drive to the beaches, zoo and grocery stores. We loved playing in the pool and especially appreciated the shallow area where the kids could stand. Every meal was eaten on the large screen porch where we could enjoy the outside but keep the kids away from the pool. The house has plenty of space and is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The playroom upstairs was an added bonus. The kids loved it and it was an easy way to get them out of the sun for a bit. Thank you to Beth Rose for her quick responses and accommodations for the little ones!

This was the second time our group has stayed at this property. Beth is an amazing host who leaves no details out to ensure a great stay. Location is great for golf, shopping and entertainment

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Can’t say enough about Beth’s responsiveness & willingness to answer all our questions. The pool area was the main attraction and it didn’t disappoint. A private oasis feel, we barely needed to leave which was perfect for our trip with grandparents and young kids under 10. Not sure the pool filter ever worked tho as we had to skim quite frequently to keep debris out (even after Beth explained the right way to keep the filter turned on). Also, bedrooms & large showers were awesome! Location very convenient! Some suggestions for improvement - Everything in the house (small appliances like the toaster, blender, margarita machine, many of the electrical outlets & the upstairs bathroom sinks) only half worked or didn’t work at all. So I think an inventory of working things and a replacement of those that don’t might be a good idea. And the house itself could certainly use some updates, definitely a rental property where you could tell it’s been well used by many. Carpets very well tread, dishes/pots & pans etc all very worn &/or needed to be cleaned, cabinets and drawers sticky/dirty. Our biggest concern was the amount of roaches that unfortunately were everywhere including crawling around inside the utensil drawers (ick). However, we mentioned this to Beth and she had Orkin come out asap to spray. Unfortunately, it didn’t really solve the issue (we realize we were in FL and bugs are to be expected, but still pretty gross).

Had a great time here as always. The pool and patio are fantastic for young kids and the outdoor grill area is a must have.

We're a bunch or middle aged men (retired) who have known each other from high school. We come down to Naples every year (man-cation) for about the past twenty years. This by far is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. Well kept, clean. spacious and a backyard that is so relaxing, you don't want to leave. On top of all this, an owner who was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very private, and great central location. BIG house with lots of room - close to everything. Nice porch, patio, pool, and fire pit. Couldn't get the kids out of the hot tub unless it was to jump in to the pool. Host is 5 star and makes things easy. RECOMMENDED!

This property is in a great location, and had loads of space for the 4 generations of our family from 3 months to 87 years, looking to get some winter sun for a few days. Beth was incredibly communicative with me, both before and during, helping us with any questions/issues promptly, including lending me a car seat as we forgot to bring one, and getting the cleaners to find something I left behind! The house is incredibly spacious and didn't feel like we were on top of each other despite having 7 adults and 3 kids. It is very well stocked, especially towels and kitchen essentials. The pool and hot tub were lovely and it was nice to have a heated pool for January so the kids could all enjoy it.

From check in to check out this was our first time using VRBO and it was an amazing experience! Beth Rose let us use her home for our wedding weekend. The house was immaculate, clean, spacious, and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were perfect for all of our out of town guests. Everyone gave us so many compliments on how nice the house was. This home was in a perfect location for our family while we were attending a wedding. The home was very spacious for 9 adults. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly.

Just big enough for our party of 10. There is plenty to do at the house and it’s also close enough to beaches and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

The outdoor and pool areas are incredible. The kitchen was well appointed. The state was very comfortable and Beth was exceptionally easy to deal with.

We were here for my daughters wedding. It was just after the hurricane and we were not sure we could pull it off. Beth was super helpful in staying with touch with us letting us know everything at the house was OK and even offered to help coordinate people if we needed help. She made sure the house was ready for us and it was! Perfect place for family and friends. Great location and amenities! Would highly recommend to anybody who wants to stay in Naples! The house was perfect for my family and my sisters family to stay all together for a cousins wedding in the area. Close to the beautiful beach and we had chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take with us. We also loved hanging by the pool. It was a great set up!! Beth was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you!

We loved this house! The host went above and beyond personalizing our stay. She was readily available when we had an issue with the pool lights at night. She tried her best to rectify the situation. Other than that, the stay was beyond imagination! Highly recommend!!
