Location close to just about everything if you have a car. I liked having a kitchen in my room. Breakfast was great.

Pool temperature cold. Housekeeping service needs a lot of improvement - ladies were very nice but would ignore the “I’m staying in” sign and knock on door at 8:30am anyways. One time they walked right in without even knocking. Beds are ok but the mattress cover kept dislodging from mattress and I would have to fix it at least once every night. Pillows are lumpy.

Location of hotel was convenient. Very good choice at breakfast. Plenty of car parking.

Room was dated, bathroom especially.

Staff was very nice

The AC unit was leaking and my husband stepped in it and his socks were soaked. It was in his side of the bed and he had to be careful when he got out of bed.

Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful with a lot of acomadations. Room was good size with a nice kitchenette and was clean.

My wife and I had a very comfortable room on the third floor overlooking the gardens and pool. Don on the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended us to an excellent restaurant close by for dinner.

All good as far as I am concerned and I would definitely book to return there on my next visit to Naples.

Not many options in our price budget in Naples as its a very expensive location. Naples as a town was beautiful and we'd highly recommend seeing it. The small pool had some floats and things for the kids.

Breakfast was ok. The room itself was a little tired and couch was almost so uncomfortable you couldn't use it.

the pool was a bit dirty, but with the storms and wind it made sense and was an easy clean. would love to see a bigger hot tub in the future but it was still pleasant.
