We had a great stay at this property and would definitely return.
The property manager was thorough and quick to respond when we needed a new coffee maker (due to the one there not working). The hot tubs and pools were great, location was perfect for walking by the water, to restaurants and downtown and the condo itself was huge! The condo was well laid out, roomy, and comfortable with great views of the lake. We had a great vacation. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The building and condo are as described, very spacious, comfortable, and centrally located. The check-in was awkward as cleaning had been finished but the staff did an excellent job making sure the condo was very clean. It didn't bother us but the indoor pool was closed for repairs. Overall a great stay

This rental did not let us down. The location was great. Close to restaurants and the beach. The option of an outdoor or indoor (closed while we were there) pool was fantastic. The building was clean and quiet. The unit was well stocked and easily fit our group of 7. Would definitely try to book this again when we head back to Kelowna.

We had never stayed in Kelowna for our family vacation and quite simply...... what have we been doing in the past! The place and location was amazing the condo was spacious and lacked for nothing. Beds were comfortable..... I could go and on singing the praises! It was also extremely easy having our boat moored just outside our window! In the end it was a complete and wonderful experience!

Great location. Condo was good generally. We arrived and there was water in the bathtub that drained eventually. Someone came with liquid plumber, but the drain needs more attention than that. The tv in the third bedroom wasn’t hooked up, the ceiling over the stove needs cleaning up.
Towels were in the dryer that should have been folded and put away for our arrival.
For the cost, details need to be attended to.

Our stay was great.
The apartment is large (3 bedrooms) but also very large living/dining area which is nice for a family vacation. It is in a perfect location for walking around down town, not too far from some nice strolls around town.
The check-in person is fabulous to deal with. I did have the occasion to have conversation with the owner of this property, he was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, and go there again !

Such a great condo! Spacious, very clean, new furniture - this place was lovely. We especially liked the balcony to drink our morning coffee!! Donna, the property manager was fantastic!! She made our check in/check out process seamless. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Take me back to the fun in the sun and playing on the beach!
As I am back at work, I find myself reminiscing about the fun trip we had as a family in Kelowna. This property has it all, just a few minutes to the beach, gorgeous views of the boat moorage and waterfront, fantastic walking paths along the boardwalk to see wildlife and fish, outdoor pool for the complex just steps away from your door, and indoor pool for those rainy / cloudy days.
This property accommodated 2 couples and 2 children. We had plenty of space for everyone and a fabulous kitchen / dining area to gather for meals together. On-site parking was great. But if you have a second vehicle, you would have to pay to park at Prospect Place (5 mins walk).
I loved every minute of this vacation. Can’t wait to go back!!

- wonky cutlery drawer that eventually detached
- old vacuum
- baseboard in dining room is not attached
- outlet on backside of sink doesn’t work

Run down, owner disappeared!!
The location was fantastic; however, the suite and furniture was run-down… furniture pealing and broken, top bunk is impossible to get into, gym is right below so could hear banging of weights constantly. Fireplace didn’t work, showers drained very slowly and shower ceiling was rotting!!!

Great condo. Convenient location.
We stayed for 3 nights in September. The place was clean and well appointed (except for the lack of paper towels.) Nice pool and hot tub (on the same floor as the condo) and close to downtown. The grocery store is a bit of a hike if you don't happen to have a car and have heavy bags like us. Two big bedrooms are very nice. The third has bunks, which adds sleeping space but there is no window so while the rest of the condo needed the heat on, that bedroom was hot. There was a floor fan in there, but still stuffy. My teenager liked the door closed and it would have been cooler with it open. Communication was easy and we were conveniently met at the door and shown around. Would stay there again.

I am pleased to report that our stay was wonderful, not only was the location prime for what we were looking for but the management certainly met the same expectations. The condo was clean and had great amenities.

Lovely condo & great location
We were pleasantly surprised by the size & amenities of this condo - which was larger that we expected from the pictures. I had some difficulty communicating with Greg - responses were delayed and at times I didn't hear back at all. Donna was the site manager and she was accommodating and helpful - however, we were told we could park our large truck & boat trailer on a specific back street while we were there & both ended up being towed & left us with a $350 impound charge & a lot of stress! Another major issue was that we were never notified about the boat lock to get in & out of the lagoon -- we'd mentioned we've never been to Kelowna so were not expecting this & it would have been very helpful info. It took us awhile to figure it all out & we felt it limited our lake access waiting for line ups of boats to go out (twice we had to turn around & go back to the condo), & boating was our primary purpose of our vacation. We also had an unpleasant experience while we were unloading groceries in the front drive-through when a tenant from the neighbouring condo came out & yelled at us for "parking" there (our truck was still running while we were unloading groceries).
Anyways, I have never given less than 5 starts on a VRBO -- so while the unit was beautiful & well-appointed, communication lacked & some big inconveniences made the trip more stressful than it needed to be.

This property is in an excellent location and it absolutely beautiful with access to many of the pubs, restaurants, and wineries that we were looking for. Unfortunately it was listed as a three bedroom but it’s actually a two bedroom + den. This would be great with young kids but it wasn’t what our three couples were expecting as the den had no ventilation. We were told that there was a washer and dryer and was a feature we were looking for as this was only one of our stops on our trip. Unfortunately the washer had a do-not-use sign on it. I was also disappointed that the condo wasn’t stocked with some of the essential items I would expect like coffee filters, paper towel and there were only 4 wine glasses. I contacted the property manager who responded that these are items not supplied which was disappointing. The owner did contact me and said he would provide a credit for the items we had to purchase but that was never received.

Great property at a great location in Kelowna!
We were a group of 9 people who stayed at this condo for a week, and it was spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably. Had all the amenities we needed, and the outdoor pool of the resort is on same floor of the condo - super convenient. Big plus is the location, it is right on the waterfront, and Tugboat beach and Hot Sands Beach are just walking distance away. We really enjoyed our morning walks along the waterfront area, and spent more than a few days at the beach.
Everything was great, we had an amazing time in Kelowna. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Donna!

Amazing Place to Stay
We had an amazing experience, usually we book an house, but this time we couldn't get one and were a bit skeptical about staying in a Condo; but this place just blew us away. The pictures posted on the site really do not do justice about the space available (for 7 of us comfortably) and the views from the rooms /balcony.
The place comes well stocked with everything you may need plus the furniture is very comfy and well selected for this place.
The building had sauna/hot tub/inside pool/outside pool/tennis courts and of course right on the beach. Location is walking distance from boating / parasailing/ restaurants/ DT ....you cannot ask for a better location.
2 bathrooms were a little tight for 7 of us...but on the same floor is the outdoor pool and those washrooms were real handy.
Unit comes with one parking only; but Greg and Donna pointed us out to lots of free parking just north of the building...all in walking distance, so we did not face any issue with that.
Donna was super helpful for checking in / out.
Greg was very helpful in guiding us on resetting the /rebooting the main door lock (minor issue).
Lastly - the beds were super comfy, these are the best beds i found in my last 10 years of of renting/vacationing in Canada and the US. I forgot to check out the mattress brand - but maybe Greg will kindly answer in his comments.
