The staff was friendly.

The room I got at first had a foul smell, even the bathroom was stinking. I asked them to change the room which they did. The second room was clean.

I highly appreciate the Staff behavior, Hotel Room, Bathroom, Delicious Food, Hospitality, Hotel location, Ola/Uber/Auto availability at door step . A traveler will get the same/better, what he/she looks in website while booking this property.

Breakfast was slightly costly . WiFi speed was a little bit slow, but not an issue.

The food is good and room is well lit & spacious

Exceptional place to stay, the Room Are fully clean and neat.clean bathroom and well maintained room, No smell no dirt on the walls,absolutely clean and neat.the food is delicious. And mostly staffs was polite and responsive,safe for solo female travellers. Overall great experience.

Just that they won't allow outside food!

but but but here i come I actually did another booking and stayed there from 7 july to 12th and that was the worst mistake see the rooms were pretty okay but not worth ₹2000 talking about the food first of all they dont allow outside food which was never mentioned before paying at the hotel then there food service is so frekinn bad atleast 40-45 mins for anything even a sandwich I’ll share the picture of the sandwich that costs ₹180 overall food was bad. now let’s come to cleaning so they just do change the sheets I don’t think they wash bcos i saw blood strains on the blanket and bedsheet and blanket cover kept coming out because it was not stiched or whatever Also they wont allow any visitors. overall if you’ll ask me to book again i will never! there is a similar property around that from treebo trend mall view costing less than them with very excellent service. go for that never waste your time here.

They cheated on me and took payment twice. The manager Shubham asked me to pay vide a link Rs.1995 again I paid Rs.2000 as cash against his confirmation that it will be refunded. I havent got my refund till date.
