Nice quiet location 15min walk into town

A modern, functional villa surrounded by fruit orchards, just 10-15mins walk from lovely Latchi. Everything is cleanly tiled or pale granite, so really nice and clean-feeling. The pool area is lovely and the pool quite a good size. The excellent Mr Nepal was on hand to help us if we needed anything.

The man who came to fix the pool at the villa next door (owned by the same company) was remarkably rude. I would definitely consider using a different pool maintenance company.

No breakfast was offered. The property is located very close to services, and within a 5 minute drive from the beach.

It was a great disappointment that we had to pay extra money for air-conditioning in the sitting room and kitchen areas, despite the information provided on the site of booking.com that it was a fully air-conditioned apartment and the announcement that was posted within the property that "air-conditioning is free of charge and a gift from the owner". Moreover, nothing is provided by the owner for the first day of arrival, not even basic things like toilette paper, a bottle of water, liquid soap, etc. The mattress on the bed was particularly uncomfortable and needs to be change.

Villa in very quiet area, not to far from sea and village.

Was not cleaned well after previous guests, all doors is very noisy.

The pictures doesn’t do the villa justice. Really big pool and outdoor space for BBQ. Rooms are spacious; and added benefits of three bathrooms.

We had a small issue with one of the window blind; which got resolved after a bit of confusion. wasn’t expecting to pay extra for air conditioning downstairs - this isn’t stated on the booking page

Quiet, just wonderful and pretty. Lots of lovely animals and plants. Wonderful view. Was surprised at the size of the grounds, lovely to see fruit bats flapping about at night. Can’t fault it at all especially for what we paid.

Nothing really, it was just great!

fabulous view from the bedroom windows. local staff very friendly, and any problems dealt with efficiently.
