Comfortable house 10 min bike ride to beach. Well equipped house, very clean on arrival. Vacasa was very helpful - local agent responded immediately when door code didnt work. Quiet lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

A few maintenance issues

The location was beyond perfect. The house felt like home and is very spacious! We would love to stay again!!!

Nothing! Perfect vacation in a beautiful location.

There was no door code in the envelope we picked up after office hours. Frustrating after driving over 10 hours. Back door was left unlocked. That’s how we got in. Broken glass on deck not seen till after walking barefoot. Too many Cobwebs in master upstairs. And plaster (?) shavings along entry wall of that room. Easy fixes, for such a nice house, not expecting that. Pool people came from out of no where & pulled up in back yard, while I was alone, barely clothed, laying by pool. No one sent text to let us know, nor did we see a note posted about pool cleaning days in the house

unclean basement and range didn’t work

The property was large enough for three families and it was a great location for restaurants, the beach and shopping

The home definitely needed updating. Half of the electrical outlets did not work, and the gas stove was broken and could not be used.

We provided our own meals.

I liked everything!! The location was great.

The property served our needs and we had a great time.

Only two sets of keys, master bedroom a/c was locked at 70, no beach towels or chairs and no directions on how to get to beach or where to park. The place could use a few updates, but as before, it served our purpose with no issues that put a damper on our fun.
