Wir haben uns mit der Gastgeberfamilie wohl gefühlt. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat die Lage des Hauses, in einem ruhigen Viertel und in der Nähe des Strandes sehr gut gefallen. Das Schwimmbad war für die Kinder toll.

Grand logement propre et bien décoré, vraiment l'impression d'être dans sa maison. Bon petit déjeuner sur mesure, personnel accueillant et d'une grande aide, piscine sympathique à disposition.
Lors des moussons, de la pluie a pu rentrer par les fenêtres dans nos chambres.

Edwin and family were great hosts. Friendly and accommodating for our family having arrived early in the morning from a long haul flight. Good communication before our arrival and well organised transfer taxi from the airport to the homestay. Not far from the airport and very useful having a 24 hour check in, as we arrived in the night. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided at a suitable time and tasty. We would not hesitate to visit again. Already recommended to family. Thank you for your hospitality!

Location was perfect , enjoyed homely food at a reasonable price , climate was favorable so it makes our stay more comfortable u can see lots of greenery all around. Edwin the owner he is the best , very cooperative at all the time , he knows very well how to take care of the guest and he never made us felt that we are guest to him. Thanks Edwin for the support and we would like to visit again .
Church was near so early morning prayers makes little uncomfortable especially for those who will check in early morning directly from the airport, but thats adjustable .

Description says ocean views, but there’s no ocean view. very loud Church loudspeaker was a bit of annoying.

We stayed one night at the villa and it was perfect ! Edwin was always available if we had some questions or even needed food delivery ! he contacted a cab for us, one of his friends to give us a tour of trivandrum ! big thank you to Edwin !

The homestay was 8/10. Clean, well furnished and renovated nicely. The owner was super friendly. Helped us order food and arrange taxi for us to airport. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. God bless

The host Edwin and his wife Ashley were very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is very close to beach, town and airport, very useful grocery shop next door. We had a lovely holiday.
The slight downside is the 5am music from the local church…too early!

The house is really nicee , it's so beautiful and has so many facilities. Even the host Edwin is very friendly and had ensured the house was kept clean with all the necessary arrangements made for our pleasant stay.

The communication with Edwin the host was brilliant. He supplied me with information very quickly.. for example, the visa requirements. He was also very attentive and made sure that I was okay. As a woman travelling alone .. this was reassuring. The location was great. I expected it to be more touristy (commercial) but it wasn't even though it was very close to the beach. For anyone visiting India for the first time - Trivandrum .. and the State of Kerala .. are a great starting point.
The Homestay is next to a church and one should be aware that every morning, starting at 5 am Mass is held, outside. There is a lot of music and it can be very loud. If you don't like this 'sound' of this, bring earplugs.
PS India in general is noisy and busy and can be overwhelming

Nicely decorated and tidy bedrooms and bathrooms plus ample storage space. Amenities were a plenty and great. The host, Edwin, was very helpful and courteous; he took our calls for assistance quickly and got us good shuttle service to take day trips around the area. He even asked a friend to take us around the city the day we arrived. All in all, a great experience!
There was a cockroach problem one night but other than that, the place was very well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely clean and spacious property with almost everything included to make the stay comfortable.if anything is required Edwin is always there to help you with it. You get your privacy and Edwin lives next door for any assistance .We truly enjoyed the stay.

We liked the hygienic rooms and spacious interiors that can accommodate at least two families. The place also felt safe with closed gates and cctv coverage. The property owner stays in the adjacent house and the food is prepared at his house. We had our breakfast and dinner on both days and we liked it. The location is also at a walkable distance to shankhumukham beach.

I couldn't fault the whole stay. You get your money's worth with the property. If you want space, privacy, clean and close to airport and beach then this is your place.
