The booking process was not smooth. The hotel said they have not received our booking. And made us wait. The receptionist was being rude about it as if we were begging to stay there. The room was very bad. All the wiring and sockets were out of the wall, roaches everywhere. There were no eateries available within a walkable distance. Way to the

Location and the facilities inside the room are good. Yet, the AC had malfunction issues.

This hotel takes overbooking and even when you pay the price earlier, there is no guarantee that you will get the room when you reach the hotel. The hotel staff is rude and expect one of a hell experience at check in. If you are going with your family, they will also get punished for your booking at this hotel. Keep away. I wasted my entire day even after making the payment earlier.

The receptionist said we need to pay 3200 and didn't accept the paid receipt. He said they don't accept the amount mentioned in the booking.com. the hotel was just booked using booking.com and the payment was done via Oyo s payment link. In booking.com the amount mentioned was 2555. When I made the payment in Oyo i was offered a discount of 255 because I was doing full payment (2300). But he asked us to pay 900(3200-2300) or else we can leave that place. We reached that place at 12pm. So we didn't have any other option but to pay. And while we were waiting the false ceiling fell down on the sofa. Luckily none were sitting on that sofa. He said he can't give any rooms until we give all 4 of us ID cards. We gave 3 and was waiting for the third one to be shared. That reception was full of insects and mosquitos. We had a 5 weeks baby with us and we were asking him to give one room atleast until we give the last ID card. But he was not willing to give and we were waiting in a room full of insects and mosquitos and the false ceiling was falling. It was a nightmare.

Breakfast was not provided to me. I registered a complaint on booking.com and they promise me a refund. As of now am not received any refund against the same.
