Our family of four had a lovely time at this duplex. We found it a great way to avoid fighting parking and hotels while having a kitchen. We have traveled to Europe and are very used to adventure experiences when we stay. We take it in stride and cherish the funky times. The listing disclosed all truths. The neighborhood has houses in various states of care. We just found it to be an old neighborhood. We felt fine walking to and from Niagara Falls at all hours. The bathroom was a little snug for four people, but we laughed a lot and it got the job done. Beds were very comfortable. If you’re tired you can even catch the Falls fireworks from the stairwell window! This place suites our needs for our short trip.

This was our first booking through Vrbo and it went seamless. The owner Carroll, was very responsive and shared her contact with us right after the reservation confirmation. The checkin process was straightforward and the house was very clean. The location was great. It is across form the aquarium and is only about a 20 min walk to the Falls. Five of us stayed at this property, my husband and I, with our two young kids and my mom. We all liked the property very much. The house had several amenities; the kitchen was stocked with not only dishes, toaster and coffee maker, but also some basic groceries like oil, salt, sugar, spices, etc. The owner even had some feminine hygiene products in the bathroom, which was very thoughtful of her. Overall, a pleasing stay. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our brief stay. The house was very clean and had lots of room for the four of us. The beds were comfortable. The Falls were close by and we really enjoyed all the attractions we could squeeze into the time we had there. Niagara Falls is a friendly place and we felt comfortable walking around at night around the State Park. We enjoyed seeing all the different cultures from around the world.

Everything was tidy and clean. The master bed was very comfortable as well as the couch in the living room. We felt slightly uneasy in the neighborhood as it looked delapidated, but seemed safe enough. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

Great property
Everything about this place was fantastic! Super clean, enough room for a family of 6 (4 rambunctious boys and at no point did we feel like we were on top of each other), and excellent location (15 minutes walk to the falls if you meander). The owners communicated everything in a timely manner and clean up/check out was a breeze!

Cozy Home Close to Falls
This home was very clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Close to Niagara Falls and restaurants(4 minute drive, 20 minute walk), and across the street from the Aquarium. Owner communication was excellent.

Easy walk to falls and other sites
Our family stayed here for two nights and the location was perfect for walking to the falls and other sites. Carroll shared some nice tips for other area attractions that the family enjoyed. With three bedrooms and a comfy den, our family had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The home is accurately described, with the character and quirks of an older home. We would stay here again!

Nice house in close proximity to Falls
The house was very neat and clean and spacious and the owner Carroll was very helpful and very responsive any time I reached out to her. The only two things I can complain about are the coffee machine didn’t work and the area was not what we expected.

Great place with easy access to a number of attractions.
We stayed in June-19. The property was clean and positioned in a great location. We walked to the nearby shuttle stop and was able to visit a number of attractions with ease. We saw Old Fort Niagra, the Power Plant, Aquarium, Niagra Falls and Observatory Tower. If I am lucky enough to visit Niagra Falls again I hope this location is available. Thank you!

We had a nice stay at the house. Owner communication was great. I read reviews before booking this house and I expected the house to be old when booking. However, I'm used to bathrooms that have ventilations....I stayed with 5 other people and it wasn't pleasant if someone is doing number 2. Other then that, place was keep neat and clean.

Awesome location - Super Convenient to the Falls!
We had a great stay last weekend. The location is great - we were able to walk to several restaurants on Third Street and the Falls. We would definitely stay again if we returned.

Amazing
Look out the front door and you see the Aquarium! Over the footbridge and hop a trolley and your there in the center of the Niagara Falls and Rainbow Bridge to Canada. This home away from home is a must stay for your Niagara vacation! The owners are great their home is beautiful. You can see the fireworks every night from the stair window. They have everything you would want and more for your vacation. The home is very clean and comfortable. A grocery store 2 blocks up. You can't pass this vacation home up it's a must stay! Don't waste your money on a hotel near by because you wont get all the great things this home has to offer on your vacation. We had 6ppl in our party and we had more then enough room for comfront!

Family Friendly and a Great Location
My wife and I spent 4 days in Niagara with out three children. This property was perfect for our little band of misfits. It is a true 10 minute walk to the American Falls. A little bit further to the Horseshoe Falls. Even better is the free shuttle. All you do is walk across the street, through the Aquarium parking lot and over a foot bridge. From here you can pick up the shuttle to all of the popular tourist destinations. The owner of the property couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. There was a small snafu with the combo lock on the front door. We gave her a buzz and she was there in less than 5 minutes. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare straight forward meals. The driveway parking is also a plus, especially when you have little ones.

Just what we were looking for
Quaint duplex in a blue collar neighborhood. It was quiet once the nightly fireworks from the Falls stopped (which our kids loved to watch from the bedroom window). Really were within walking distance of everything we needed tourist-wise and only a short car trip to the grocery store. Was easy to get in and out when we did travel outside the city and you can't beat the weather in June! The owner was great to work with. We will stay here again if we come back to Niagara.
