Menehune Shores #510 – Luxurious Remodel with Endless Ocean Views
Esta unidad fue completamente remodelada en 2013 con hermosos gabinetes de bambú carbonizado (completamente renovable, sostenible y simplemente precioso), techos de cedro amarillo, pisos de baldosas de madera, encimeras de granito, accesorios de baño de especialidad (piense en cabezal de lluvia) y la parte superior de la línea accesorios. Sistemas de CA-split conductos se han instalado en todo el condominio para la comodidad individual. I messaged the management company when we landed and a staffmember met us at the condo early. It was very nice that they gifted my mom candy for her birthday. The view is amazing and i recommend keeping the front door open for a good cross breeze. There aee plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and the cooler was perfect for the beach. The old fish pond, now a protected place to swim, was so amazing. The bathrooms are very up to date. The beds were comfortable, not sure about the sofa bed since we didnt use it. The staff were always friendly. Loved it.

The condo was on the 5th floor with a lovely beach, island and sunset view. Three bedroom, two bath, with well equipped kitchen. West facing balcony with beach, bay and mountain view. The condo was located near enough to shopping without the traffic related to shopping centers. About 30 minutes from the airport. We were quite pleased with this property.

We brought my 89 yr grandma so she could see her 50th state. We had an amazing time. Plenty of room for us and the views were fabulous! The icing on the cake was seeing the sea turtles every morning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location on a Beach that has a 400 year old royal fish pond where turtles come to rest daily. We took our family of 7 (adults) to celebrate a milestone birthday and were all comfortable in the condo. Great central location enabling us to do day trips to all parts of island including Haleakala. Excellent communication with owners. Highly recommend.

We struck gold with this amazing property! Our lanai overlooked the water and the sea pond. The sea turtle sanctuary shared this water with us too, so huge bonus! It was quiet, yet close to Lahaina so you can easily partake in charters. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was a little older looking in real life than on line, but it turned out to be very clean ,a good location, beautiful view and a very nice pool. We were so impressed with how well the grounds were maintained as well. Would definitely go back to this property again.

Unit 510 was excellent!
This updated condo was perfect for the 6 of us! The kitchen had everything that you have at home - we made most breakfasts and lunches at the condo. The dining area and living room are excellent sizes. The balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean and the bay. We used the laundry quite a bit also. A great place to stay

Taken Advantage of...
The property for the most part was decent. The fact that the management decided to close the pool for the first half of our stay was very poorly managed. They closed the pool for maintenance, but did not notify us until 2 weeks before our trip. Not nearly enough time for us to take any action to avoid being at a place in Maui without a pool. Nothing was offered as compensation for the inconvenience. We won't be returning.

Beautiful child-friendly property
We had a wonderful week here! The beach is perfect for small children. It has shallow, clear water with gentle waves in the morning where you can see sea turtles sleeping. It is magical. The view from the balcony is gorgeous too. The condo itself is set up in a way that makes it easy to stay there with a toddler. We went with our daughter and my mother-in-law and we all felt like we were together, while still having our own personal space. The condo is nicely decorated--the bathrooms especially feel newly redone. It is very clean. Overall: I was SO PLEASED. I can imagine trying to come back to this unit in the future.

Very clean and great views of the ocean. Beautiful facility. Swimming in the ocean more for kids in the Fish Pond. Snorkeling was not the best. Lots of sleeping turtles. Close to lots of food choices.

Great location in Maui
The property was well kept, clean, and exactly what our group of six was looking for! Not to mention the amazing views off the back balcony. Great location for getting around the island for pretty much anything you want to do. I'd highly recommend staying here.
The only two issues were:
1) The lack of kitchen knives for preparing food. We ended up just buying a cheap set and left them at the condo
2) There were no cleaning supplies for cleaning the counters, etc. Quite surprising during these pandemic times.

Property manager Susan was great and incredibly responsive to a couple of mechanical issues we had with the rental unit. Property was relatively empty due to Covid, but can see that the community amenities like parking, pool, grills, ect. would be less than adequate when at full capacity.

The description of the property and other reviews are very accurate. The property was well-maintained and the unit up-to-date and clean. The property management company was exceptional as there was a brushfire closing the airport and they allowed us to stay an additional night at a discount which we very much appreciated! Would definitely stay again !!

Nice view
Clean, well organized unit that looks newly remodeled. Nice location, great view from the balcony. Main issue is the A/C unit is located on the balcony and blows very hot air directly on anyone sitting out there. Tried to block the air blast without success. The online pictures make the unit look larger than it actually feels when you are there.

This unit was fabulous...Ali Resorts did a wonderful job taking care of us.
We have been coming to Maui for the last 7 years at spring break, we have stayed at Menahune shores for 5 of them and love the resort. Unit 510 was by far the best unit we have stayed in and hope we can book again. The property is great with a pool and a shallow beach to sit on. The barbques located on the roof are nice way to cook your food and watch the sunset. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent condo. Separate bedrooms. Very clean and new. Kitchen was adequate but not very well stocked with coffee cups, etc for a family of 8. Beach was safe and very protected for the little ones. Grounds were impeccable. All in all, a great location.

Beautiful condo with million dollar view!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Alii resort condominium at Menehune Shores #510. We would stay there again. The 3 bedroom condo is lovely, and had everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. Great location, nice furnishings, and nice amenities. Our only 'glitch' in the whole trip was when the electronic keypad on the front door failed and we got locked out. Luckily, one of our group had the phone number of the property manager and they were able to bring a key and let us in. Otherwise, a perfect trip!

Beautiful property with amazing views
We enjoyed our stay very much at this property. We did wonder why the King size bed was not in the master bedroom, but was in one of the other bedrooms. There was a couple of maintenance issues (they did not affect our comfort) that we provided feedback to the management company, along with the crockpot that needs to be taken out of service (outside excessively hot, one of our guests was burned). We would certainly come back to this location in the future.

Great family vacation condo!
My extended family (four adults + two kids) spent a wonderful two weeks renting this beautiful condo, which has recently been renovated in a modern decor with the most current appliances. Grocery stores, restaurants, snorkeling shops, etc. all located within a mile or two. We had a few hot days and nights so we were thankful for the condo's air conditioning; otherwise we opened up the windows and sliding doors to the balcony/lanai to enjoy the delightful breezes coming from the northeast over the bay. The folks at Ali'i Resorts were very responsive to our few requests, first for a missing ironing board, which was quickly replaced, as was an intermittently working iron, which subsequently stopped working altogether. The condo development has a great pool and is conveniently located next to a sandy beach protected by a jetty, which makes for great swimming for little kids. Best to forewarn them, though, of the green sea turtle colony also located within the jetty-protected area, as kids are likely to be spooked by the large size of those gentle sea creatures!
