Sujeet Kumar is the person who manages the place. He was fantastic and very helpful. What makes Sujeet a fabulous person is that he is eager to help and very responsive. That attitude is superb for the hospitality industry. We need more people like Sujeet in the business. In addition, Satyendra Phogat who probably is a senior person was also courteous and understanding with respect to the advance payments. Overall very nice people

The rooms are small but otherwise overall a decent value for money place

Only the size of the room

Nothing was satisfactory. From the actual location as it is too noisy from the cafe located right behind the hotel and even the in house guests. Toilet ammenities facilities and breakfast not at all upto my standards. Perhaps easy to say that its a budget hotel. But even the budget hotel has certain norms. Good for bachelors with low budget who want to party.

The location is good, it's almost on the main road. The manager and the guy at the reception are easy to connect to. There is a green lawn at the entrance.

The entire property needs to be renovated and they need to have a checklist to ensure the room is up and tidy with all the facilities promised, (for example, are the sheets changed?, is a chair available? is the TV working fine? is the room clean ? any water leakage ? e.t.c) ASAP if they are earnest about being competitive in the market. The walls in almost all the rooms are damp with lots of moisture and mold growth. The rooms are unclean and the linens are unchanged. Please don't use the bedsheet, pillow, blanket & towels provided by them unless it's changed/kept in front of your eyes. The bathroom looks unhygienic with stain marks and water leakage. Sorry, I may sound rude but this is the reality. I was there for a business trip and I never expected my stay to be this uncomfortable. The sheets provided in trains are cleaner than the ones they provide in this Inn. I have a few pics if you think my review is not authentic. Promptly shifting guests from 1 room to another is not a solution, it makes the traveler feel that in spite of good rooms being available why were the bad ones allotted to you?

Wifi. The speed and connectivity is poor.

The location was quiet near to the metro station and also had many food joints nearby . Also the rooms were clean and the staff was super courteous . Sujit ensured all that the service was provide on time and was always in his feet ready to help. Sujit’s helpful attitude and polite attitude made a huge difference and it was an overall positive stay. Kudos to Arkaya Inn and special shout out to Sujit.
