Alegre condominio de esquina de 2 dormitorios en pequeño edificio de 4 pisos. Bien mantenido, y decorador amueblado, situado en una muy poco concurrida y amplia playa. Hay garaje con dos espacios asignados cerca del ascensor. El edificio tiene una ducha exterior. Propietario proporciona ropa de cama (si desea utilizar, pero debe ser lavado y doblado antes de la salida). Propietario ofrece sillas de playa y sombrilla. Hay 3 televisores de pantalla plana Lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Aire acondicionado central y ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. Encantador y recién remodelado 60 pies wrap alrededor balcón. Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad a 4 cuadras de Rt. 90. A poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento. Edad mínima para alquilar: 25, lo siento, no se permiten alquileres de Senior Week en este edificio.

Our stay was wonderful thanks to the host’s outstanding hospitality. She was incredibly helpful, providing linen service and ensuring everything was set up for us upon arrival. Highly recommend for a carefree and comfortable getaway.

I brought my family to stay at this property during the annual State bar convention. I needed a place that was dog-friendly. Very convenient location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and close to exits out of Ocean City. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the wrap-around balcony was a nice plus.

We loved the location and the condo. Everything was perfect! Lots of kitchen supplies and even a functioning blender. Great view of the beach and fox and bird watching!

This property is in a great location with spectacular views. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay at this property when visiting Ocean City again.

Overall, the property is exactly as indicated in the listing. Kelley was responsive, the condo was clean, etc. The only minor issues we had was that the bedrooms/living room need a shades/curtains (thicker). Both bedrooms have bright lights shining into them at night which makes sleeping more difficult. The living room doesn't have any curtains or shades at all and the complex next door can look into the living room anytime they want.
Other than that, loved the property (we've stayed at another condo in the building in the past), location, etc. and plan on staying again.

Lovely building and easy access. The weather was brisk, but very enjoyable from the balcony. We did our best to ensure everything was clean, replaced if needed and ready to go.

This spot has become our family's go to stay every year in OCMD. Can't say enough great things about Kelley and our 3rd stay at her unit. Location is perfect! Communication with Kelley is always quick and easy. The unit is always clean upon arrival and we even noticed some upgrades this year. Newer living room couches and slider screens that ACTUALLY WORK!!! I can't tell you how many times we've stayed in OCMD where the porch screens either don't work well, pop off the track, have huge holes, etc. This seems to be an issue anywhere we stay. Well, we noticed the new screens and they were marvelous! Thanks again for another great stay. Can't wait till 2024.

An oceanfront condo that allows dogs is nearly impossible to find! We are very lucky to have found Kelley's condo and hope to stay here again. The ocean views are beautiful and the furnishings are very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

We recently stayed at this beachfront condo, and it was truly a slice of paradise! The location couldn’t have been better - waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the balcony to the stunning ocean view was a dream come true. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home away from home for a relaxing vacation. I can’t wait to return to this coastal gem for another unforgettable getaway!

Kelley was a great host, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay and very easy to reach.
We had a great view from our balcony with a family of Fox below in the dunes.
The condo was very nice!and equipped and having the elevator and close parking made it really easy with bags.
Except for the storm on Friday we had great cooler weather.
Spent the day at restaurants and the casino on the rainy day in Ocean Pines.
Bad Monkey was a neat restaurant to go to in Ocean Pines along with many others in OC.

Great location, beautiful condo and great view! Host was very accommodating. We enjoyed every second of our vacation.. we even got to see adorable baby foxes from the balcony! Hope to stay here again in the future.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is very clean and modern with lots of space, but the best thing about it is the wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and even from the living room. Sleeping at night with the sounds of the ocean is just magical.

We enjoyed our getaway and were so happy we could bring our dog with us to enjoy walks on the beach and boardwalk in the off season. Great location to everything and the views were beautiful.

This was our second stay at this property and once again, we couldn't be happier. It's the perfect unit and location for our family of 4 (me, my wife, our son, and dog). Right on the beach. Perfect location within OC MD. The unit is great! We really have no complaints. This unit has become our yearly go to spot of our family. We're already looking at next year's booking.

From the moment we walked into the condo we knew we had found the perfect place. We weee greeted with some fun music and the most beautifully decorated space. Everything you need is here. Right down to beach chairs and umbrellas. The deck is so wonderful. Loved the hammock!! The location is perfect!! We defiantly look forward to staying here again. And our little dog loved it too. Really liked this beach/ocean front condo. Easy beach access, great view, very comfortable, had everything we needed. My 11 yr old granddaughter said "This is reaĺly nice! I could live here." Nothing more need be said.

Another Great Stay!
This was our second time staying at this property. I stayed with my two adult daughters and my little Shih Tzu. We have been coming to Ocean City just about every year since my daughters were young and we are happy to have found this place! The condo is comfortable and clean and is well stocked with everything, including chairs and umbrellas. The view is beautiful and the wrap around deck is nicely furnished. The location is great and convenient to everything. We had another great stay!

Everything we were looking for
We enjoyed our second stay at the flip flop flat. We initially booked this location because we could bring our small dog along, but we chose to return for another stay even without our pet. We enjoyed the quiet building and beach, convenient location and beautiful views. The apartment is clean and comfortable and fully stocked for convenience.

Perfect place, equipped and comfy!
We had a long stay over memorial day and it was perfect. the condo was clean, spacious, ocean view and comfy. Plus location is everything. We could walk to food, ice cream, golf, and more. Beach was out the back door and we had a perfect stay. Kelley was accommodating and we didn't need a thing for the beach. With two small children it save us space and we had chairs, toys, umbrellas, and more. Highly recommended and we'll be back for sure! Great place!

If you are looking for an ocean get away this is it . Beautiful condo , wonderful wrap around porch to sit and watch the dolphins from . Kelley has put thought into what people may need / want while staying there . Would definitely stay again so so close to the beach . Quiet and clean , comfortable furnishings too !
