Ocean Vistas 406 Direct Oceanfront Huge Private Balcony
Premier Luxury Direct Oceanfront Condo 406 con amplio balcón privado. Las espectaculares vistas comienzan tan pronto como bajas del ascensor privado y caminas por el vestíbulo. Se extiende a través de la sala de estar que termina en el enorme balcón privado donde disfrutará de un café matutino mientras observa el amanecer sobre el océano. El nivel del cuarto piso significa que puede observar fácilmente la acción en la playa, comenzando con caminantes por la mañana temprano y continuando durante todo el día mientras las familias disfrutan de la playa. This condo was not as shown on VRBO...it was BETTER!! The layout was perfect for 3 families. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together in the common areas with enough space for everyone to retreat to their room. We had 2 grandparents and 2 couples, one of which have a 3 year old. The balcony was spacious with plenty of seating, and they even had 2 kid chairs which my granddaughter loved. There were several beach towels. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen that I've ever used in my many years of vacationing in Daytona. Check-in was a breeze and the owner, Gary, was easy to work with. We will definitely be staying in this unit again!

The building is very secure, and the unit was very well appointed. The property manager is very communicative and was always available.
We were fortunate to see turtle tracks one morning and to see the Turtle Conservation Team stake the nest the turtles made.

The condo was a great place for three couples to spend four weeks without feeling crowded. We watched sunrises overs the ocean from the balcony and sunsets over the horizon on the west balcony. Each bedroom had a king bed and private bathroom with the common living areas large enough that we never felt on top of the others. The kitchen had all the cooking ware and utensils needed for every kind of cooking. We watched rocket launches 40 miles away right from the balcony and could see the aerial festivities over the Daytona 500 from the west balcony. This place is centrally located and is the epitome of what we wanted in a rental.

The moment we walked in the condo, it took our breath away. Everything was as shown, and then we walked out on the balcony...... and that view!!!! Well lets just say when we were in the condo that's where we were. Gary thought of everything and the house was SO CLEAN. You can not go wrong with this condo and we will be back!! This condo is so much better than what the pictures show! It is breathtaking to walk in and see the inside as well as step out into the balcony! They thought of everything when supplying the kitchen. The decor is amazing, the beds were so comfortable and it was so nice to have all of the beach/pool supplies. The owner Gary was awesome to communicate with as well as the property manager, Cherie. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Daytona Beach!

We have been coming to Daytona Beach every year for over 20 years…we have stayed at several different condos at Ocean Vistas over the last 10 years and this is by far our favorite! Everything was perfect!! The condo is absolutely beautiful and it was the easiest check-in we have ever had!

Great property, owner and staff
This place is beautiful. Very well equipped with everything we needed to relax. Sunrise and sunset views from the balconies made it a perfect spot for breakfast and dinner without the hassle of going out to eat. We will definitely be back!

There are numerous oceanfront condos in the Daytona area, but none compare to this beautiful place. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, bedrooms expansive with lovely decor, and the condo is spotlessly clean. This is an exceptional place and we will be back!
