Our condo at 1800 Atlantic fit our need perfectly.
Plenty of space for our week stay. The condo was very clean and in pretty good shape. The condo had everything we needed.
Beds worked perfectly fine for us as well.
Kitchen also had all we needed.
The washer and dryer is what really makes our stay at 1800 Atlantic really work for us. We get to wash and dry our fishing clothes every day which is great!

Nice space, comfortable. There are mirrors everywhere. There isn’t much near the condo that is walkable but we rented a golf cart to get around the island. FYI the 6 seater golf cart is too tall to fit into the garage.

The property was nice. Pool area was amazing. The condo itself had a few issues. 1st: the monster size 8 person jacuzzi in the master suite was both ridiculous and inconvenient. To use the shower you have to climb up a step, over the side of the tub and into the center of the tub to use the shower. The water sprayed outside the tub, as there is no shower curtain or door, wetting the entire bathroom floor. Not safe at all. Didn’t plan on spending my time mopping up floors on vacation. 2nd: the ice maker does not work. 3rd: Had to purchase a can opener. The opener there was an electric one from the 1970’s that no longer operated. This is a simple tool every condo should have.

Met our needs of four adults but lacked amenities we find in other properties ie., spices for cooking, ice maker for ice (the freezer door was broken as well as outer door to the balcony). We were there for only a short stay and found that we needed to run out for alot of ameneties that are likely more available in a different type of vacation rental company.Property is adequate but needs updating

Great location, nice pool area and large hot tub. Clean. Condo had a large patio, kitchen was well appointed.
Only minor negatives: the sliding screen doors are designed such that they don't keep bugs out. It was fine in late Oct but might be an issue in the summer. Also, no elevator on that end of the building so if anyone has trouble walking you should inquire a bit about it. Our stay was excellent.

The location is very close to the beach and a local Cuban sandwich shop that we all enjoyed. We had fun in the pool and community amenities were nice. The main bedroom bed was too firm, making it uncomfortable for sleep. The room had most things we needed for the beach and for cooking. Overall, happy with the trip.

We liked the unit for its layout, access, parking convenience and proximity to the beach. A few things need updating (blinds, shower controls, etc) but overall it fit our needs very well. Location on a busy Atlantic side artery into Key West and airport meant traffic noise (mostly from morning commuters) was an unwelcome surprise.

We are very frequent renters at 1800 Atlantic. The team at 1800 are an amazing group of individuals. Sadly, the unit we rented for my birthday celebration was really bad. The owner needs to invest in this unit if they expect continued premium rental interest.- Apartment is really worn. Needs painting and a general cleanup. - check out the dirt on the living room cieling from the AC vent- filthy- the furniture in living area is uncomfortable, dirty and needs replacing.- The Master bedroom mattress needs replacing- so uncomfortable my Back hurt every morning of our stay- really bad- Master bedroom linens and pillows are old, worn and need replacing.- The guest bathroom is disgusting - the bath tub is horribly stained - was very embarrased for my guest.- Kitchen- No sheet pans, broken utensils. The baking pans provided are rusty and unsanitary.

There were two couples on our brief trip to Key West, but we had plenty of space and our own privacy at the Atlantic Sunrise condo. The large balcony looking out at the ocean was the best and provided shade and a lovely sea breeze. We spent lots of time out there! The space was much as was described and pictured, but just be aware that the large mirrored wall on one side of the sitting area makes it look larger than it really is, and it is slightly disconcerting (for all 4 of us) to see yourself constantly in that mirror! Everywhere on Key West is pretty easy to get to, so the location was good and very close to the downtown area and the airport. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was great! The master bathroom is pretty fancy, and with no way to plug the drain for the spa tub, we couldn't use it, but the shower was fine and all we really had time for anyway. It was unfortunate that the busy road just below the condo was being worked on the whole first morning we were there, so it was very noisy. That was not the fault of the renters, though, so it is not really a complaint. All in all, we would definently recommend this condo, especially for a short stay!

Condo was as advertised with lots of room. Living rooms kitchen and bedrooms are all spacious. Condo has updated appliances and sinks, etc, so no issues there. Huge master shower but just needs updated shower head. Pool is very big with lots of space and beautiful view of ocean, steps away. Beach is very rocky however, would recommend going a few steps away (literally) to Smathers public beach if you want to sit on a beach. Balcony is huge, but just know it’s over a busy road. Just as pictured- great place to sit outside in ocean beeeze.

The accommodations were incredible! The view from the balcony, where we spent most of our time when there, was spectacular! The pool and spa were perfect. The sunset was amazing. I really cannot say anything but what a experience we had! Lots of room for the four of us! Kitchen was perfect. Living room was very nice. Like I said...We will stay here again! The management company was a 10! We needed an extra night and they pulled through for us! Over all 10 stars!

This was our first time in Key West! It is really nice. This condo is near Smathers Beach but far from everything else. The furnishings need to be updated, they are worn and tired and very uncomfortable. The master bedroom has a very hard bed, if that is your thing, it will work for you, otherwise, you will have a sore back. The cleaning fee needs to be reduced as you are asked to strip the sheets, wash both sheets and towels, take out all of the trash, clean the kitchen, start the dishwasher, essentially clean the entire apartment, which I normally do but I cringed at the $$$ cleaning fee. They should provide shampoo and conditioner as well for the nightly cost - most hotels and motels provide small bottles. We will go again but stay elsewhere.

Rental was great and just a few improvement comments. We were a little confused on the parking process because I thought there was a stand-alone garage not knowing it was a spot. We figured it out. Only complaint on the condo was the dryer did not work and left clothes damp and had to run way too long. Thank you for a great stay.

The unit was as described, we were pleased. The tile floors were dirty-left black footprints in the shower. We were very disappointed in the outside smell. Had we known we would have never chosen this area. It was so nasty we never used the pool, couldn’t even enjoy the balcony.. I guess it’s sargassum, seaweed and other organic matter on the beaches on this side of the island.

Nice property
Looked exactly how it was advertised. My only complaints were the master bathroom shower and jacuzzi tub didn't work as expected. The front bathroom tub was not clean at all and there were vertical blinds missing in all rooms. Other than those things the condo had an amazing view and it wasn't far from the airport, shopping, or any attractions.

Bucket list trip
Our property was just as it was listed. Nice, clean and all necessary items you'd expect, including beach supplies! Bed was more comfortable than many vrbos we've used. Only issues were the stench of the seaweed wafting in from the beach and lack of cleaning supplies. The shower had sandy stains after a few days.

This was our second time staying in C439 - lovely unit. It is really nicely equipped but needs a few tweaks. Owner needs to invest in a few things to put the stay over the top - new linens and bed pillows (really worn); ice maker in kitchen is broken; the clothes dryer does not work - no heat. Literally took 2 hours to try to dry 4 towels.
