We provided our own breakfast,
The heating didn't really warm the house, it was very cold in the front room , took awhile for the house to warm up, and took a while to work out how to use the electric fire,

Really lovely little house, in a perfect location on the edge of the park. Has everything you need, very spacious and could easily sleep 6.

Well equipped - you could actually cook a full family meal if you wanted to.

Walking distance to convenience stores and very short car ride to supermarket.
Decor in excellent condition.

Although 95% of everything was really good there were a couple of points we thought could be easily improved to give a top rating.
Off/on switch on shower temperamental. One of the days we could not get it to work.
Care needed in not completely closing one of the bedroom doors, because it sticks locking you in.
Toilet seat very loose and lacked a means to tighten it.
Owner has been informed of these issues as she was unaware.
We would have preferred to have had some freezer facilities- even if only a small Ice drawer
The only bathroom/toilet being downstairs might be an issue for some people.

Lovely little house with everything needed for a short stay. Quiet street backing on to a great open space for the dog and ample parking.
Downstairs bathroom (a wee bit inconvenient during the night) down quite steep stairs. Lovely wee front garden could do with a tidy up

Great value for this, cosy well equipped 3 bed property with parking right outside the back door and Wi-Fi. Loved all the small touches (Tea, Coffee, Milk, biscuits and toiletries). Great comms from the owner. Simple lockbox to collect the key.
Used the local takeaway less than a 5min walk from property.

lovely comfortable, two up two down home with back and front garden, close by pub, fields and Metro for town etc. could sleep up to 6.
