no cable but have fast internet

The broken tiles and the bad smell in the hallway was rather annoying. The fact that the aircon in the room wasn't working properly was also not good. And the elevator took ages to arrive.

The location is close to everything and the view from our balcony

Bigger size of the room but does not fuss us.

the location is excellent ,,, my family stayed for 2 nights in room 2516 ,,, checking in was easy just coordinate with the receptionist ,,, guards always roam around which is good for security purposes ,,, swimming pool was clean ,,, response from the receptionist during a power interruption was quick ,,,

hallway to the room needs some attending (funny smell) although this is not an issue for the unit owner but for the building management ... some of the furnitures inside the room needs to be updated ,,, some small bugs spotted ,,,

Management was very rude and not accommodating. I requested to speak with uppermanangement but they refused. Management told me I was wasting there time trying to figure out why I have not recieved toilet tissue 1 and a half hours later... Hotel has a slight Roach problem Washing machine was not working. Had internet interruptions. And my power went out because Management needed to pay there bill. I am not sure I believed them at this point Over all I was hoping to speak with upper management to avoid writing this review but they refused so it's better the public knows before they book.. Incidently there is a sign on the inside of the unit on the door that says MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS which I guess may explains the poor service. Management told me before they hung up on me that they have 200 rooms to serve in the morning and that is why I had to wait 1 1/2 for tissue delivery. Also if you have a hearing disability you may miss your breakfast. They would only knock quietly and then leave. I canceled all my breakfast because I did not want the stress of trying to catch my breakfast delivery.

Staff is not knowledgeable enough for the task

Location is excellent with great access to shopping Mall,Train station ,Zoo ..Only disappointment is the security guards at main counter who are not friendly and helpful, why can't there be a full time receptionist attending to travelling guests?, I had to wait for 30 minutes plus to be served a room,very dissapointing especially when you checking in at 12pm..Security was lost and trying to find bookings.com contacts at hotel...

Need to improve the management and staff is under equipped.

Lack of communication , organization and antiquated access of entry system .
