Very poor quality room old in decor and AC was terrible staff we not so helpful when asked for any thing quite rude I thought lift to get to floors took ages

Det låg i kanten på "redlight district" men det var ingen fara. Däremot håll det på att starta illa när vi checkade in. När allt var klart så sa man,"en liten detalj bara, vattnet kommer vara avstängt från 11 på kvällen till 05 p¨å morgonen"... Dom skulle ha något underhåll så man skulle behöva gå på toaletten på annan plats. Detta vägrade vi gå med på och efter 1 timme löste dom det med andra rum, 3 st.

Its clean and in a very good location

Its old, the reception had a smell

The hotel was quite specious. The staff were friendy and the pool was a good size with hot tub.

The bedsheets had staines on them. The bathrobes also had blood on them. Complained twice but not mentioned again.

Room upgrade was huge space and had a very relaxing stay. Clean and had complimentary drink of water. There was a fridge too. There was a tub and a separate shower which was great.

The let down was the food. The buffet dinner and breakfast were nelow average quality of food. Food choices were bland and over cooked and salty.

Staffs are accommodating and room service is very fast. Rooms have smart TVs already.

Not enough trash cans and tissue papers at the living rooms area. Very minimal.

The gym was OK

The buffet and the fact that I had to pay 500 pesos per head just for my friends to use the pool very disappointed in that
