Staff are courteous and v nice, room is clean and bed is comfy, room service is on time and location is awesome!:-)

The hotel lobby needs improvement. Restaurant has to upgrade thier menu and so with breakfast selections. Tv must be upgraded to smart and must be bit bigger.

Convenience, Location and The Staff

The bed mattress not comfortable and the "hardwired" TV remote is difficult to use.

The hotel is across from the main entrance to Robinson's Mall Ermita. Our room was tastfully renovated with modern fittings as well as being well presented and very clean. Air-con was quiet enough and the bar fridge actually worked.

As a six footer, the bed could have been longer. It was still comfortable. Little cockroaches everywhere which were no match for Eucalyptus Spray. We don't travel without it. Also the safe was locked, would have been nice to be able to use but we got around it.

The room was a bit small and their was no fridge but good for the rest friendly staff and well located just a cross the Robinson mall

room was stinky and aircon too loud , also noisy during night and day , because it’s close on the street .

Taste of food is good. Aircon is great. Wifi is fast

The food was with plastic on the cheese. Forget to remove. Small cockroach on the toiler. The pillows with hair already sign of not change before.

Friendly staff especially the room attendants. And just 1 minute walk to shopping mall.

We stayed in Eurotel Suites #620 and the bath tub was cloged. No rug in the bathroom unless you ask to the room attendant. There kettle doesn't work well. It takes ages before the water boils for just 2 glasses of water.

Please check your room especially the bed, linens and the pillow

Your room has no window and the bed is not comfortable. i think there's (surot) i can't sleep the whole night very itchy 😔. the smell of the room is so annoying.
