Great place!
We have stayed at several condos at Sanibel and this is our favorite. Beautiful place and well stocked kitchen. We will definitely rent it again!

Best place we’ve stayed at in Daytona in the last 7 years. Had everything in the condo plus more than we needed. Great view of the beach and very close to everything around Daytona beach. Everything was pretty much 10 mins away. Gary and Susan were helpful with any questions we had. Looking forward to the next time we come down to Daytona.

Best place we’ve stayed at in Daytona in the last 7 years. Had everything in the condo plus more than we needed. Great view of the beach and very close to everything around Daytona beach. Best week ever
We have stayed in condos before in Daytona, but have never had one we loved as much as this one. We might have paid more, but we got less. It was so well stocked! Beds were great, furniture comfy, decor was beautiful. My sister loved the water pressure in her shower. Owners were very helpful. Can’t wait to go back

Great Get Away
We had a wonderful time ! Great location ! Very clean and vacation friendly we flew into Daytona Beach Airport and only had a 15 minute drive ! Great restaurants also ! Hope to return next year !

Beautiful Condo
This condo has to be one of the nicest condos on Daytona Beach Shores. It is spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a carefree week on the beach. The pictures are exactly how the unit looks when you arrive. The decor is very tastefully done. The corner unit gives you a wonderful view of the ocean and being on the second floor lets you enjoy the sound of the surf all day long. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways if you want to venture out. Gary was easy to work with and his instructions were very clear so there were no problems arriving or departing. You won't be disappointed.

Great stay, lovely condo!
My family enjoyed this condo so much. It was really lovely. There were 6 of us plus my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter and we were very comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were furnished nicely. Updated kitchen appliances made cooking on vacation very nice. The master bedroom and bath were amazingly spacious and beautiful. Everything is as shown in the pictures. I lived being in a corner unit on the second floor. Our view of the beach and pool areas was great! It was like being home away from home. Or goal for the week was to just sit back, relax and enjoy the beach and we were able to do just that. We were originally concerned because the complex is at the end of the driving portion of Daytona beach. We were afraid traffic on the beach would be hectic there but it was not at all. I would stay here again in a heart beat. We had only one issue, the pull out couch in the office needs major updates.

Gorgeous View of Atlantic
Very beautiful, clean, and spacious condo stocked with just about everything that you need. The only thing missing was an umbrella for the beach and matching chairs to park in front of your front row seat on the Atlantic.
Would be nice to if each tenant had two parking spaces instead of one. My family and I had a wonderful time! Hope to be back again and again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!!!

Wonderful Condo!
Spacious, well-decorated and stocked condo with a beautiful view from this corner spot! The complex is clean and well-maintained; the garage is secured; the pool and elevators were never overcrowded (our usual concern at other condos); and it’s in a great location - near the bridge to Port Orange and with an easy drive to Ponce Inlet or the Boardwalk. There is plenty of storage in the unit, ceiling fans in every room, a great washer and dryer, plenty of seating at the table, and an abundance of beach and pool toys in the storage locker. The owners were easy to work with and sent a thorough information packet beforehand. The only things we had concerns with - there is only one parking spot allotted per unit, even though it’s a three bedroom with bonus room. There are parking spots in a lot out front, but it is packed. Fortunately, our second car arrived early enough to get a spot, but we never moved that car, then, since we would have lost a spot, and there is no other close parking. Luckily, we had enough room in our van to tote everyone. There also are no umbrellas or shade at the pool, so you are unable to escape the sun in the morning. By early afternoon it is shaded, so we learned to do outside activities early! Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we certainly would consider returning!

Sanibel #201
The corner condo #201 in Sanibel is a perfect location on Daytona Beach! We enjoyed being able to walk to the no drive beach and enjoyed the lovely oceanfront view. The condo is nice and accommodated 4 adults and 2 children very well. I only wish I had known to take my own bath linens. There simply were not enough bath, hand and wash cloths, so we did laundry often (not what you want to do on vacation). The granite coffee table is attractive but not good for grandchildren who are not stable on their feet. We padded the table with beach towels to make sure the baby didn’t hit her head on the corners. Overall, it’s a great property and the owner was really good in responding to questions promptly. I would recommend this property to others!

Gary was wonderful to work with. Everything was extremely clean including the building. Instructions were perfect on how to work doors/facilities/etc. I recommend them and will book again when we return to FL.

it was awesome, had a great time.
the only thing was that the locks were a problem sometimes and we did not read in your book that you had the unit storage so we did go purchase Boogie boards, an umbrella and a chair, before we saw that you had all that already. now you you have more since we could not take them back on the plane.But that was our fault for not reading the book before hand, we were just so excited to get to the beach and did not see any of these things in the room..

Beautiful Condo with a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this unit, and we hated to leave! The unit is beautifully decorated with a lot of room to spread out. It is at a great location being at the last entrance of the driving beach. You could go to either the driving or non driving part of the beach easily. It is very close to Ponce Inlet and the Boardwalk, and it's not far from many restaurants and shopping. Parking could be an issue if you have more than one vehicle, but we were able to find spots either in the garage or front entrance. There are no spices or oils in the unit, so if you want to do any cooking then you will need to bring your own or buy some there. Overall, this was one of the best vacation spots we have been to and can't wait to come back!

Sanibel 205 was clean and decorated well. Plenty to do in Daytona Beach Shores, great shopping and good food. Parking can be an issue if you have more than one car at Sanibel.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful View on The Balcony Right on the Beach
Beautiful 3 Bedroom plus a den. The Condo was Beautiful, Clean, had everything we needed. Very spacious for our group of 5 people, easily could of had room for more. We fixed breakfast every morning, the kitchen had everything including measuring cups, cookie sheets, muffin tins, even a rolling pin, and a blender. The owner, Gary is easy to get ahold of and responds back quickly. Only issue we had is learning how to unlock the door with the key, once we learned the trick to unlocking the door with the key everything else went very smoothly. Really enjoyed our week.

Wonderful Vacation Spot !!
We were able to get a spur-of-the-moment rental during the last week in January. Gary helped me work through the many details of finalizing the rental agreement and laying out the logistics and he was extremely thorough in all respects. The place is absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations (this is not your ordinary beachfront rental condo). The location was on a relatively quiet part of the beach and main road. Walk out and turn left and you're on the driving part of the beach. Walk out and turn right and you're on the non-driving part of the beach. Best of both worlds right outside your door. There are many excellent restaurants within five or ten minutes and the owners' suggestions were right-on. We used this a base to daily explore state parks and natural areas within fifty miles and the location could not have been better. We loved this place and highly recommend it.
