The place was in an amazing area! Brookline is a very safe and walkable area. Quick walk to the green line. close to parks and restaurants and a market. Loved it and cannot wait to come back!

Check in was easy , super clean . Love the extras like slippers , toothbrush , coffee , sugar . Wonderful safe and quiet neighborhood .

Positives: This apartment is close to Jamaica Pond and within walking distance to many good spots in Brookline as well as the T. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and had a functional, though dated kitchen. Parking is available for an extra $10 fee per day. Negatives: Internet didn't work for a while, but the property manager worked on fixing that successfully. Phone reception in this garden-level apartment was very spotty. Laundry was more complicated than the instructions implied.

This was a very cozy, comfortable apt. Just needed a place to stay while I moved my daughter back to BC. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating to all of my needs. Was able to get parking spot in back of building for an extra $10 night. Would rent again if needed.

The bed and pillows were wonderful! We had a little problem with the lock box but finally figured out how to close it. And the toilet "rocked" but was still useable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Sue

This apartment was cute and functional. It was close to Jamaica Pond and the reservoir park. The supplies for bathroom and kitchen were very adequate, would’ve been nice to have salt and pepper though. The host was easy to reach and communicated well. The downside was the low ceilings ( half underground apartment), the toilet moves when someone sits on it, and the phone/WiFi is very spotty. Also the microwave makes crazy noises when in use and the back door from the outside is very difficult to get into with the key.

It had your own kitchen, which was nice, bed was very comfortable, the ceilings were a little low, and the place was a little outdated( bathroom). Kama Cicero was awesome! Boston is not a place to go on vacation unless you know where you are going. Overall it was something new for the wife and I. We did enjoy ourselves visiting our friends from Maine. This was the 1st VRBO we ever tried. Thank You!

The company managing the property are extremely helpful, courteous, and accessible. The apartment was OK.

Very quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of some small markets. A small cafe across the street with delicious breakfast! We took an uber to most of the places we wanted to go, but the train station is within walking distance. Very clean apartment which provided everything we needed for our stay.

In general, the apartment is nice and equiped with all the things needed for your stay. Personal care items in the bathroom with a lot of extra towels. The most comfortable bed and couch. All the essential kitchen items. Kama was so nice and the communication was great. There were a lot of snacks and water bottles on the table. Thank you Kama, that was very kind of you. Apartment located in a great quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the "T" (subway). My husband and I recommend this place.

As wonderful as the pre communication was with the rental company, I was hoping to provide a glowing review. Sadly, that is not the case. The easiest way now is to list the Pros/Cons. Pros Great communication w/rental agent Great location Nicely decorated Loved the table & chairs in the living room Bed-very comfortable king Plenty of hangars Extra blanket/comforter Bathroom supplies, thoughtful Cons Rooms are darker than photos Very low ceilings into kitchen, bedroom Wires strung from TV across & up the wall OLD condo with very difficult doors to open (both front door to building & door to condo) Misleading VRBO listing saying washer/dryer & NOT explaining that it is NOT inside the unit but instead is 2 doors down the block & you have to pay Welcome book has broken apart Much needed repair & cleaning - to fill holes, fix broken bathroom tile, heating elements along the floor Microwave makes a grinding sound when in use Could use wifi on iPhone & iPad but not available with Apple TV No usable electrical outlet in the bathroom - the storage rack is blocking it Bathroom ceiling has mold No fan in bathroom to take steam out from shower Rug in bath looks very old & in need of washing

The host was easily reachable for questions before coming and quick with information and a comprehensive welcome packet. The parking spot is easy to find around the back of the building and we experienced no problems related to that. The front entrance is a little hard to get into, but just keep jiggling the key and you'll get in. The apartment was a little low-ceilinged but very cozy feeling. Water pressure in the shower was very good with nice hot water. There was a lot of available dishware and pots and pans to use if you plan on cooking, but the kitchen is a little small. We only wished that there had been an hdmi port easily available for connection to the living room's TV. The host reached out during our stay to ask about problems or if we needed help, which was appreciated. The walls are a little thin in the building so just know people can probably hear you a bit if you make a lot of noise. The apartment was about 0.8 mi from the nearest subway station, but we enjoyed the walk every morning because it is a nice neighborhood and pretty peaceful. There are a few restaurants close by, but the majority of things are by the subway station. Overall, a really nice and reasonably priced stay.

Clean affordable apt only walking distance to metro train. Everything was as shown in advertisement. Nice neighborhood, quiet street, overall good experience. Only complaint was the WiFi was very slow.

Easily accessible to T station, clean, comfortable one bedroom unit in quiet Brookline neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay in Brookline. It was convenient for going to the Red Sox game and we really liked some of the little touches that were added to the unit. We particularly appreciated the complimentary snack basket. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable for a fold out bed. We’d recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay in Boston.
