The staff was extremely kind and helpful during a difficult time for a family member's surgery. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was great to have the kitchen due to family food allergies. Everything was close by and convenient.

Need a place to spend one night that had two bedrooms and Homewood suites was perfect for our little group. Although it was just a one night stay I could easily see how comfortable we would have been if we stayed longer. The location was also great as well

The room was a nice size. Living room area with a pullout and another chair. Then 2 chairs at the dinette table. The kitchenette provided the necessities to get by. Having a full sized fridge was fantastic. Two full queen beds and then the sink area was outside from the enclosed shower/toilet. The 2 elevators were always moving. The gym was decent. The pool was smallish but was not an issue as we never crossed paths with anyone. There are 2 gas grills and then plenty of outdoor chairs/tables. The breakfast is fantastic. Althought it is essentially the same everyday (we were there for 5 days). It was always well stocked and the servers were all very kind. Quick walk to the Brookline Village train on the Riverside D line. For visitors use the kiosk to buy your pass with a credit card. The train is just 2 stops from Fenway. A round trip ticket is $4.80. To park at Fenway is $50!...so take the train.

My 4 day stay here was just not that good. Toilet in the room was used upon check in which was disturbing. Bed was ok but room felt dirty. Housekeeping never cleaned anything. I had to ask for clean towels every night. Dirty dishes were left unwashed in the sink. No amenities. Not even a shower cap in the room. Breakfast was terrible. It would be a decent stay if they kept it to a Hilton standard . Won’t be coming back here.

The hotel staff were very attentative and friendly. It was also well staffed which seems to be a problem for so many hotels nowadays. There was a train that went right behind the hotel right under our room, and you could barely hear it. Also, good full breakfast compared to other hotels. Parking is limited and costs a pretty penny, but worked out. The pool was not what we hoped for, but It was still a great stay!

Great location! It was a quick walk to the T and to the Boston Children’s Hospital and Longwood Medical center. The breakfast was great, Jose was super helpful and took his job seriously. He’d get whatever you needed. The rooms were clean too!

Situated a couple of miles from central Boston by handy Green line trolly/subway. Brookline village has plenty of dining options close by. The hotel is a modern spacious hotel with each suite having a fully equipped kitchen. For those arriving by their car, you have to park temporarily outside on the kerbside and check-in to get access to the parking garage.

We really enjoyed our stay; Pauline was especially wonderful! Traveling with children we really enjoyed having the extra space with the kitchenette. We went to Fenway with the kids and the hotel is conveniently located next to the T.

One of my best hotel stays. The room functioned as home away from home. And there was some real effort in providing enhanced accessible accommodations. I appreciate the staff and would like to make special mention of the professional thoughfulliness and kind interactions of the front desk staff including with Pauline and Ms.O (I apologize for not remembering your name). Unlike in so many other hotels, here the breakfast was worth eating (Thank you Jose). Finally, I would like to thank the manager, Rick. An overview pleasant stay. Thank You!!!

Everything was very good. The only comment I would like to make, please change your detergent. This particular establishment has many guests with medical conditions. The detergent has a very strong scent. Being in the medical field myself, no scents perfume hand lotion or any strong scents are allowed. The detergent doesn’t take into account for any one with any allergies or sensitivity

There were tables on their sides in the hallway as if some major change was happening. There were samples of furniture and upholstery choices on a poster in the hallway as if a company had recently presented these choices to the establishment. The parking was ridiculous in that to get to the lower level parking, one had to stop their vehicle on a steep downhill, tap their card and watch for the gate to open while praying that you don’t drop your card or that your brake will hold. I understand why it’s important to go through this to enter, but to deal with this COMING OUT of the downstairs parking when one is on a steep incline seems ridiculous. Breakfast was fine and the staff preparing it seemed genuinely happy to be at your service and proud of his work. His friendliness was a plus. The room was very clean.
