I didn't like anything about this hotel

Because the price it was showing in the booking.com was not matched with the hotel once we reach there they say we don't have any room for the price we booked from the booking.com and we paid them according to their price

Location,behaviour of staff,rooms are best but not allow the online booking.Asking to cancel the online booking & stay with spot booking.

The hotel doesn't accepted the online booking ask me to canceled online booking & forced to spot booking for stay.

No one was there at the reception desk. The property has no one.

Very poor administrative staff and so greedy. They also took extra money and told that give complaint against them what are they doing.

Greedy receptionist. I have paid extra money what he asked. As we have helpless due to shortage of time. Very poor staff and hotel management.

I had big bugs in the bed! Staff laughed at me when I requested another room and told me, the bugs wouldn't hurt me Very noisy due to mainstreet nearby Window couldn't be closed properly bedsheets were not clean

The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection.

The hotel had a great spa with lots of services available.

The hotel was clean and modern, with great amenities.

Fooding charge is to much high.

It was really bad. Really caused lot of mental discomfort. Would never like to use OYO again. Even contacted OYO staff but they did no good to us. Really disappointing.

Firstly the price shown on site was wrong. Site showed somewhat around ₹400 but actual amount was about ₹1200. The hotel manager really misbehaved with us and wasted lot of time and causing lot of mental discomfort. We spended ₹700 to reach that location which was complete waste. Also we contacted OYO STAFF but it was of no use to us. Even after all this we didn't stayed there and booked another hotel for our stay. Also my BOOKING AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED yet.

We didn't knew we had complementary breakfast until we asked. Food was ok.

Service. Just one towel for two people even when asked for an extra one.

Good location close to airport.

They did not tell me on day 1 that I have to give them key before going out so that they can reclean the room

Strong continuous pee smell at the ground floor entrance. Also water from bathroom flows out into the room creating a mess. Breakfast is not available before 8.30am.
