Overall we enjoyed our stay. A couple things could have been improved. We didn’t have enough paper towels or toilet paper for our week long stay. Not a huge deal because we purchased additional supplies

Great little place apart from the renovation taking place directly under the apartment. The noise was unbearably loud during the day and spoiled our holiday. Wish we were informed sooner or offered a discount as offer of goodwill. Also if you need cold aircon this place isn’t for you. It gets hot in the arvo due to wall to ceiling glass facing the west side. The aircon can’t keep up, even doing as owner suggested by keeping the curtains & windows closed. They also smell musty. The great things about this place are the rooms, the layout, comfy bed and clean linen. It’s got all the kitchen stuff you need (decent pots & knifes!) so you can cook h family meals with ease. The beach towels & toys are very useful. The pool area was utilised daily! The location is what sold us on this place. Skate park & playground across the road, supermarket not far walk and heaps of food vans next door! Would definitely stay again, thanks Michelle.

This property was the perfect property for us right in the middle of Kihei. It was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed inside, including all the beach supplies we would ever need. We were able to go to the beach every day and wash our towels and bathing suits for the next day. We were told how to combat the heat, and had no problems. We were very pleased with our stay here and would consider coming back.

This was a great place to stay. We were 3 adults and 4 kids so we used all of the beds/cots. The location is amazing. Foodland grocery store is a block away, food truck park right behind, and balcony overlooks the beach park across the street. Easy beach access. Surfing lessons next door.
The condo has some beach chairs and towels which was great. Some extra bedding would have been appreciated but in fairness we could have contacted the property manager and just didn’t bother. Some construction work being done to the outside of the building but it wasn’t loud. Pool was clean, we used the outdoor grills in the shared space.
We would totally stay here again. Great spot, comfortable living space. We had a great time here.

Right from the start, the host was exceptional! I thought that the crib for my baby (7 months) would be included but it wasn’t. The host had made contact a few days prior and when I asked them if it would be possible to arrange for a crib on such short notice (the night before), they made it happen! Amazing communication throughout, super easy check in! Property is absolutely stunning with amazing location and views with lots of things to do around you as well as lots of good food options. I would recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat based on our experience.

Great for family. Bedrooms are situated away from each other so couldn’t hear others get up in morning. Klik klak futon in living room. Kitchen and bathroom was equipped with all items that were needed including shampoo and sun lotion( could have been left by previous guest). Excellent location with food trucks with entertainment behind the rear parking lot. Volleyball , beach and park for kids across the street. Foodland 5 min walk for groceries and lots of restaurants/bars. Bbq and pool area was larger than expected. There are picnic tables to sit at and eat your meal. Would stay again. The twin beds are a bit firm.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was a very short walk to the grocery store and souvenir shopping and the beach is right across the street. The property manager responded quickly and there was good communication.

While the building itself is a but shabby on the exterior, the condo interior looks recently renovated with new fixtures and appliances, and was very clean. There were ample cutting boards, glasses, utensils, etc., large fridge, with useful ice and water dispenser. The two bedrooms and living rooms and independently controlled AC heads on a mini-split system that keep the apartment nice a cool. We found the master bedroom was a little warmer, but if we set the thermostat at a lower temperature than the others, the room stayed perfectly cool. We heeded the host's suggestion to keep the west-facing shades closed in the afternoon to help keep the heat out.
There are at least four beach chairs, several coolers, and other beach toys that were extremely helpful to have on hand. These were clean and in good shape.
Other reviews mentioned cockroaches. We just saw two small ones which were easy to dispatch.
The location is great. Near to many great beaches, and in walking distance or a short drive to countless restaurants and grocery stores. A true gem is located on the other side of the parking lot from the apartment building: a kind of food court garden that is situated in the expanse of a tropical nursery.
We had absolutely no complaints.

We were 4 adults and a teenager. The location is great! We love island surf! The master bed was super comfy! Really liked the water in the fridge door. (Sometimes it’s the little things :) ) We enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back to Maui soon!

Love the location, walking distance to restaurants, beach, park and supper market.
The flat was big enough for 3 adults and 2 4 year olds. We had everything we needed to cook, not enough utensils, but no biggie we just wash them
right away.
The owner was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns.
Definitely would stay here again, can’t wait to come back.

The room was great. Nice size patio/lanai. Great location. Very walkable. Perfect for kids. There is a park across the stree and the beaches nice. My daughter did a surfing lesson which was right next store. Shops and eating close by. Also some bars and karaoke. The only issue was the a/c in the master bedroom. It works just fine but it has a mind of its own sometimes so just push the buttons a couple extra times and you will be fine. Lol. Also if you stay there just remember if you have the sliding doors open the front door will slam shut and scare you so just prop open or hold it to close.

We stayed here for 7 nights. A group of 6 people including one child and one baby.
Check in process was easy. Location is great with walkable distance to beach, restaurants, Kihei Caffe, groceries and shaved ice!!
Fully equipped kitchen, bath and beach toys/tools.
Very good host with quick and prompt response time. Very helpful with our needs.

Great condo! Very clean and had all the kitchen gadgets and tools needed to do our cooking when we did not go out. In walking distance to beach, playground, volleyball courts, food trucks, restaurants, market and grocery store. The pool was warm and fun to play in. We utilized the pool area and grill almost every day. Lanai faces the main road so we got to watch the fun night life every morning with breakfast. 13yo took surf lessons across the road while the baby napped. Elderly parents enjoyed morning and evening strolls in the park. Will go

Hands down the best economical value on the island. The free use of beach gear and drink cooler was a HUGE bonus. More than spacious enough for our Family of 2 adults and 3 small children. Comfortable beds throughout. The full size fridge was another big plus. Location is near plenty of locale fare and across the street from a big park. The pool and BBQ area was kept really clean and it was located only two doors down from the unit. Michelle (the property manager) was polite and responsive. When we return to Maui, I will check the availability of this property first.

We will definitely stay here again. We have friends on the island and this property is in close proximity to them. Check-in/out is a breeze and contact with the owner is a call/text away. Would definitely recommend this property!

WE ENDED UP CHECKING OUT AFTER BEING IN THE UNIT FOR 20 mins. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY. Location great but I would not ask my family to stay there in the filth. We ended up leaving and not staying the 5 days and having to self lodge after paying for 5 days here. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Great Condo!
This is a wonderful, large, clean two bedroom condo with a good view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals. It was close to Wailea beach, which was our favorite! Our only complaint is that it’s located right off of S Kihei Road, so there is significant road noise day and night. We found it worth it for both the view you get and everything else in the condo. Mahalo for a great trip!

Great experience
Really enjoyed our stay. Unit was spacious and in a great location. Having access to the beach equipment was great! We cooked many meals in the unit and the BBQ by the pool. Just like at home! Hope to be back to the unit soon

Perfect Stay
I am not one to typically leave a review at all, positive or negative. This unit makes me leave one because we really had a perfect stay. The location is directly across the street from a massive park (Kalama Park) and 2 blocks from a the best beach (Charley Young Beach). The unit was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 8,10,14 and 15), had a wonderful pool and grill area and was nearby to shopping and restaurants. The host was easy and fast in communicating and made the whole experience that much better. Overall it was just wonderful.

It was what I did not expect ;(
It's my second time in Maui renting but this one was not what I expect unfortunately. We were looking for a place for 7 people, 4 adults and 3 teenagers but the second room only had two beds but were smaller than a twin and they didn't fit well. Also make sure if you want to use the rollaway bed they are going to charge you for each day. Supposedly when I rented they said it fits 8 people in this place but this information is inaccurate. The place need make some update because the door to go to the porch doesn't work well and was not too clean in general. Also the second night we found in the kitchen cockroaches so we have to be really careful with our food. We reported to Michel who is the host and she said she going to contact the building manager and they said they just did a pest spray in august. We had good communication with her but she didn't know why VRBO had this place listed for 8 adults was not comfortable for us and we are 7, she said they going to change this information. So make sure to have just kids for the extra room and the sofa bed also is not good.
Also they ask you to wash all the towels and folded and put all the sheets to wash and take all the trash out. I thought we were paying for the cleaning.
We are not going to stay again, this did not work for our family:(

We enjoyed the view the most! We love to watch the traffic & people go by in the mornings and at night. We even saw a bike parade at night with their bikes all decorated with pretty lights. We enjoyed walking to restaurants & shops. And of course the beach across the street to watch the sunset. There is an awesome shave ice stand right nextdoor. Yummy!!🥰

This was our first time using Vrbo, and usually when you do something for the first time, there’s hiccups along the way, But this was the exception. Michelle was a great host, and made the process a breeze from beginning to end. She answered all of our questions and helped make the experience amazing. Apartment had a great amount of space and all the extras that we would need including beach gear which was a great perk. AC worked very well and the location was great. All we could say is that during the week that we stayed, we did not complain once about the condo. Will definitely book again on the next go around since I know to expect and very pleasant stay in this condo. Thanks again Michelle!!!

We just got back from staying here on Maui. I would definitely stay at this condo again. We booked this about a year ago before covid and had to make a lot of changes due to our flights being cancelled. The owner was very understanding and worked with us to get another time that worked for us.The condo was as described. It was very clean when arrived and check in was very easy. We felt totally safe in the area and it was right across from a beach/park. Lots of places to eat and shop. The condo was well stocked with beach stuff; chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, There are a few beach towels, but we brought our own. Plenty of bedding and pillows for everyone, we had 7 staying there. Beds were very comfortable and all of our kids slept great. AC worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed. If we get a chance to go back to Maui, this is where we will be staying. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. Highly recommened staying here!!
