Nice flat overall. Comfortable and clean. Easy to park nearby. Supermarkets and gas station within walking distance. Great location to explore the island. Very close to the airport.

No direct sunlight to the living room making it very dark. Basic furniture. Poor Internet quality (I had to use phone data for the most part).

Parking was not a problem. Supermarkets nearby. Enough space for us two. Kitchen well equipped. Clean.

No good reataurants in the neighborhood. Beds a little bit to small for two persons. As overall Spain there are only bedsheets and blanket. And, of course, only in one for two. After talks there were 2 sheets and two blankets. But in size one for two.. Very uncomfortable and unhygienic. We´ll bring our own sheets next time. Doesn´t matter Spain, Italy or Greece. Bat is a little bit musty, but keep the door open and you have no problems.

Good value for money. very easy access to the main motorway, well equipped kitchen and apartment, great for families, easy parking, sometimes directly in front of the main door, washing machine are definitely a big plus , drying clothes over night on roof terrace was amazing

WhatsApp was needed to communicate, a kettle in the kitchen would have been nice for tea.

the Apartment was very clean and our check-in was easy it is well equipped. What I really liked was the hand-mixer to make smoothies for breakfast. You also get standard equipment like spices, coffee and water for the first day. The Wi-Fi is good, but only accessible in the living room and one bedroom on the rooftop you have washing machines (for free)

we weren’t aware, that the roof-top terrace is a shared one, but we were most of the time alone. We missed an Ashtray and the terrace, so we used one of our cups. There could have been at least one multi connector in the apartment, because we had to charge our laptops while working

The street is a narrow one-way street, so no noise from there, during the night absolutely quite; it’s a new looking little townhouse (6 units), solid building out of concrete, so usually no noise from other apartments or from stairwell; all 6 units are holiday flats, with max 2 bedrooms each; no noise from the adjacent houses; big supermarket 3 walk-minutes away; good wifi; big refrigerator; simple, nice, clean interior; effective window blinds; modern windows; parking slot in front of the house; excellent location 10-15 car-minutes away from the airport; bombastic view over see and mountain from the roof tops; one roof top with green carpet, sunbeds and shower capacity; hassle free check-in and check-out; landlord is a nice guy

I'd have liked to meet the landlord in person, as I came to Canaria to get infos about the country; unstable shower head; missing medium and big bowls in the kitchen, as dishes' capacity usually isn't enough for me : )

close to the mountains, rooftop was an easy escape, supermarkets less than a 2 minute walk away, staff were kind and understanding.

unless you have a car, you’ll need to get 2 buses to most larger places and the beach. transport is slightly harder…

Excellent communication from the host. Obtaining the key and returning it was hassle-free. The apartment had all the facilities I required and was spotless.

This is such a great place. Super well located in Ingenio, close to everything you need. Supermarket right across the corner, gas station, and free parking right in front of the apartment! Super big , clean and comfortable apartment , super private as well and super quiet! This is indeed a great place to stay! Wine and cookies as a host gift, he was super fast responding and the code-key check-in was super easy! Thank you so much Lali !
